Bunnings Toombul

Probably one of the smallest Bunnings you'll find. But when you go inside and have a look, I can say you'll find most of the things that you need in this compact store (for your home improvement). The very wide range of goods are well-arranged and properly displayed. This Bunnings store opens early at 6:30 am and closes at 9:00 am every from Mondays to Fridays. It is also open on weekends starting 7:00 am and closes at 7:00 pm on Saturdays, and 6:00 pm on Sundays. The staff here are warm and friendly.

Great bunnings for a small shop. The staff are super helpful and friendly. They have a really nice plant selection. They might not have everything but they will definitely go out of their way to help you. Very convenient place to be in the shopping centre.

Smaller than a traditional Bunnings, being tucked away in the the shopping centre but still has a surprisingly good range. Would recommend calling ahead to check if what you need is in stock if you are looking for something specific.

Bunning's is a smaller sized store than the usual immense warehouses, but it still has a decent range of products to suit your home and garden needs. Even the workshop has a reasonable range of tools. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Great Bunnings range of hardware camping stuff tools and the like. The plants available are generally not of a wide variety as they do not have a dedicated plant section just instead a selection grouped around the entrance. Great staff and as it’s included in with so many other stores, handy to pick up what you need for your diy jobs.

I just went over to Bunnings Toombul & I did not know how to use the brackets for installing venetian blinds. A really nice, kind & helpful man named Craig went above & beyond with care to show me what to do. Thanks so much Craig, it is people like you that being customers to your shop.

Has limited range of products from that of their super stores. The staff here a friendly and they are always happy to help. They practice social distancing in store by limiting the number of people in the store. They also have plants at the store. These can sometimes be pretty much dead. But they also do discounts on the plants if they’re in really bad shape. Don’t do what the last in front of us did and ask for 50% off a perfectly healthy plant. You’ll be told no. And don’t abuse the staff for being in their right. Because the rest of the customers won’t appreciate you having a go at a customer service persisting their job.

There is also no wood cut to size service here as they do at bigger stores. So you will need to have a ute if buying long items. All in all this Bunnings has enough to get you by.

Just went in to find a bathtub waste and plug combo for an old bathtub, a great young staff member named Darcy had a good look in the aisle and then went above and beyond by heading to a computer to look up on the system and national database to see if they had anything similar or the same in stock. Sadly nothing to be found, but this is the sort of service from staff that lacks in a lot of businesses and Darcy is a credit to Bunnings Toombul for his attitude and service. Hopefully when they close Toombul down he is placed at another store and promoted to a team leader or trainer to teach others what good service is like.

Good idea to locate these smaller Bunnings in the local shopping centres. Surprised at their product range,which,while obviously not as great as their warehouses,is still quite extensive. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apart from major renovations they have just about everything covered.

Pretty good for an 'express' sized store. While it won't have everything you need, it does a good job of offering what most locals may want. Could have a larger garden centre but back of outdoor area would be part of that.

Just visited again. Darcy was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic! Customer service was outstanding! I've been going to the Stafford Store, but the last few times I've been left disappointed with the service, or lack thereof, from staff. Could not fault the Toombul store. I'll be back to Toombul in future and giving Stafford the flick from now on!

Great store and bigger then expected for an in centre store. They have managed to put a large selection of products in store by minimising promotional displays which is a great idea. The staff are extremely friendly and they have exciting activities for children to keep them occupied.

Just need to be aware that you must not bring gas bottles into the shop itself - needed to pay at the register first and then do the swap n go at their depot outside.
Not as big a range as the huge Stafford and Carseldine stores but still very impressive range for its size!!

Ok it's a small bunnings, but it's always well stocked and has friendly staff, not sure what else you could want from a hardware inside a shopping centre. Keep up the good work all!

Small Bunnings. Has most products available but I find it best to call and check if they have a product on hand. The staff here are wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly, always greet you with a friendly hello and a smile

Bunning is Bunnings for all your hardware needs and much more. Some items are overpriced but, that happens in most stores. Some things are reasonably priced. Friendly helpful staff members.

Top place. Works quite well being inside a shopping centre.
Had this young fella, Tyson help me out. Champion effort. I'm pretty sure I interrupted him doing something else but was able to help me with my questions. Get that kid on your commercials haha.

Staff always ready to help you find what you need. There's no area for any BBQ like at majority of the other Bunnings to help with community fund raising. There is however an area for cake stalls etc. to help fund raising in the community.

The staff here are so gorgeous! Literally went above and beyond in helping me to get a 5 piece dining set home. Best and most helpful Bunnings I've been to in Qld or NSW.
