Took my road bike in for a routine service - running smoother than it ever has before. Clearly an unreal knowledge of bikes and running gear - picked up and fixed several small quirks and bugs that I had not previously been able to pin-point. Went above and beyond to tidy up absolutely everything. Awesome communication and really good value for money. Really comfortable and confident to head back when I'm next due!

Matt and the team always provide exceptional service. I have bought a couple of bikes and the after sales support is excellent. Recently they installed a bottom bracket and turned this around in a tight time frame for a very reasonable price.

Bought bike from here about three years ago, needed to get it serviced after being in storage. Dropped off late morning and was ready early afternoon. The friendly staff could not have been more helpful. I no would definitely recommend them 🙂

Reliable bike mechanics that know what they are doing. I took several bikes there (not Giant) and the mechanics were very helpful and experienced to rebuilt my freehubs and replace the bearings. Re-wire new DH breaks and bleed them. Very happy with the quick turnaround and professional attitude. Highly recommended.

I reviewed Goant Bayside a few months ago and they did a great job servicing my 2011 Merida Crossway 500 and getting the most out of the 'old girl' until it wasntime for an upgrade.
I purchased a 2023 Giant Roam 0 Disc today and absolutely love how nice it rides. Super friendly and approachable guys in the shop. Really happy with those 'new bike feels'!
