I was very impressed with the low prices at the store. The black Friday sales were a great promotion in the lead up Christmas. back in 2023 and the store manager helped me what a great team.

I went here on the weekend and service was genuine and with a smile. So i rang on the phone to see if they had a product in stock they did, but when i got there turns out the system had messed up and they didn't but thats ok, thats outta there control, but even on the phone the guy that i was talking to was nice. They were very apologetic about the whole thing and the woman Im assuming was a manager gave me a discount on the item, and was able to get one express delivered to me from tweed heads. Really happy about the experience, and will come back again.

My partner and I have been loyal to this store for white goods for ages. We recently bought a portable AC, which turned out to be faulty. My partner called the store asking about the returns process and the lady on the phone advised him that the "store manager doesn't like doing refunds." Oof okay. Anyway we go to the store expecting to have to practically beg for a refund. Nope, not the case. Refund was easy as pie to get, we didn't even have to speak to any management. It was seriously relieving and we were so so SO thankful that we didn't have an issue returning this faulty product. My partner genuinely said in the car "wow they really are *good* guys." Lol. Thank you for making this process easy Good Guys Tingalpa. We'll be back (we probably still would have come back if it was difficult to get the refund tbh but it was just. So. Nice). From the bottom of our hearts. Thank you.

All I can say is wow! We recently went to Good Guys at Tingalpa and our experience was positive from the moment we walked in the door until we were helped with carrying our goods to our car. We were served by Dexter. He greeted us with happiness and enthusiasm and willingly helped us purchase two air fryers. He knew exactly what he was talking about and made this such a positive shopping experience. We have told numerous friends about Dexter and will definitely be back due to his wonderful demeanour. We usually buy all of our electrical products from Harvey Norman, Dexter and Good Guys have definitely given them a run for their money. Thanks Dexter, we will be seeing you soon. A+++++++

I had an issue with a sink I ordered online but Manager Judy as well as Leanne worked hard all week to assist me with a resolution. Picked up a replacement today and Judy was so sympathetic and helpful. I really appreciated the great service. Would highly recommend

Had a very beautiful experience with the good guys in Tingalpa. A lovely gentleman called Dexter has helped us twice now. Few months ago we went to get a new heater and he helped us get it at the best and lowest price possible.

Today we went in to get a new hair straightener and a few other items and he has helped us again.

Hoping he gets a promotion as he really deserves it!

We visited the shop on the weekend. There was plenty of parking on site. The shop wasn't crowded and there were plenty of staff to help. We picked one of the Dyson vacuum cleaners and we're promptly given one from the back of the store. The purchasing process and the account creation were simple.

The staff in this store all display a high level of professionalism. I visited the store a few times to price a range of appliances and was greeted by friendly, helpful staff on each occasion. I particularly commend Leanne who displayed excellent knowledge of the appliances and helped me to decide which ones best suited my needs. When the appliances were delivered, the refrigerator was too large for the area. Leanne responded very well, phoning me several times to suggest other options, including price and availability and arranging for delivery of a smaller refrigerator.

Congratulations to The Good Guys on providing outstanding service. Your staff recruitment and training model is first class and I have no doubt is the reason for your success as a leading supplier of electrical goods

My first time to this Tingalpa store yesterday afternoon (Saturday) and had a really good customer services experience with one of the sales (Thanks Charlie!!)

I was looking for a high velocity floor fan. Unfortunately, it was out of stocks in this store. But Charlie went out of her way to help me to hunt down stocks from other Goodguys stores.

I really appreciated her genuine help, she even gave me a demo, knowing that a sale wasn’t going to happened anyway.

Because of Charlie’s excellent customer services, and since the other two stores were a little further away, i decided i would come back to this store to buy one when their stocks are available again.

The store manager probably did a great job, too, to train their staff well. Thank you! I will definitely be back again!! :D

Best customer service experience!
Knew what i wanted earlier this year (new washing machine) staff member sorted quickly, easily and delivered, took old one away.
Just had problem with new one and again, sorted quickly and problem resolved no drama.
Will be purchasing more appliances through this store over next 1 - 2yrs

Big thanks to Nick at the Tingalpa store who assembled the telescopic shelves for my new Westinghouse oven. I had tried unsuccessfully to attach them myself at home and finally thought I’d have a look at the one on display. Nick came to my rescue and attached them for me and showed me how to do it. Once home, it was an easy step to slide them into the wall oven. Thanks again.

Andrew P sold me some AirPods today. I was after a specific pair of Sony headphones but unfortunately wasn’t in stock. Andrew gave me some great alternatives and I left the store with AirPods, he offered me an amazing deal. 10/10 service. Will come again to purchase with you.

Our fridge was delivered with some shipping damage. Holley from good guys was able to organise a new one out to us with minimal fuss. Much appreciated.

I dropped into the store to pickup a new washer the other day, and the gentleman whom served me was an absolute professional, he knew all there was to know, and was very understanding of my budget. He helped me pick the best washer for my needs. I highly recommend Kirk and the whole team at this store! Keep up the good work Sport!
