Id give them zero stars if i could. Rudest staff ever when called. Zero professionalism or phone ettiquitte. Where is the "hellow west wing how can i help you" not "Ugh what"
They hang up constantly or just leave the phone off the hook and walk away. Qld health ombudsman is investigating as well as mutliple complaints to the health ministers office

Horrific. Nothing short of horror movie. Went there to ask advice about treatmentboptions in private or public sector after gp’s couldn’t help.

Ended presenting at emergency after life line chat. Got to hospital and was locked up in a cage. Needs to be shut down. It’s inhumane could not believe this was Australia.

Got out after a few hours by threatening to take legal action for re-traumatisation. Was held against will. Only duty person on was a smarmy psych registrar that knew nothing about cptsd. Treated me like a child and was condescending and arrogant and I genuinely felt I’d never get our. Confiscated phone, wallet and keys immediately.

Horrific experience. Reported to police and health ombudsman.

Dogs in a pounds would be treated better.
Makes suicide seem like a more humane option. Don’t go unless you never want to see the light of day again.

Rudest receptionist I have ever spoke to. What a horrible attitude. No wonder young people take their lives. Fix your act up hey. If I could give 0 stars I would. How pathetic if you don’t like your job, leave! And you know exactly who you are.
