Mater Hill Family Medical Centre

Have been attending this medical centre for the past four years. I usually see Dr Loveridge who is excellent (patient listener, kind, and thorough with his explanations and care), but if he is unavailable (and I don't want to wait) I've had great experiences with everyone else I've seen.

Reception staff are great, polite and welcoming, and often call if a doctor is running behind so I can delay my arrival. Relaxed and spacious waiting room. Even after I moved a few suburbs away I continue to come back.

Dr Kris Fawcett is an amazing doctor. She is kind, caring and instantly puts you at ease whilst performing at an extremely high level.

Very good customer care, if there is an waiting period, even if you have booked an appointment, you can easily find out when your doctor will be available; exapmple in the next 10 to 15 minutes. There is additional parking on the side of the building if the street parking is full. I have been going to mater Hill medical centre for 3 years now and I will continue to seek medical advice from MHMC.

I had an excellent experience at this medical center. The podiatrist Angelica Berkeley was highly professional and highly skilled, and the reception staff were both pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended!

I had a telephone consultation with Dr Loveridge after a comprehensive blood test result had been forwarded to him. He was extremely thorough in his explanation of the results and very clealy answered any questions I asked about them. He was also friendly and caring.

Our whole family has been using the practice for over 30 years. The care and follow up from Dr Chrys and the fantastic group of staff has always been outstanding. There is genuine care and understanding from the staff during urgent issues. They will do their best to slot you in during urgent medical issues, even if all appointment slots are taken for the day.

My young family and I have been attending Mater Hill Medical for some years now and are very happy with the medical care provided at reasonable rates. From the moment you enter the clinic you’re made to feel welcome, whether it’s the front office staff or Drs, all are pleasant to deal with and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic. 10/10.

The doctor was thorough, reception was efficient and Allison the nurse gave me the least painful vaccine I've ever had.

I have been attending this medical centre for over 20 years. Naturally, over this time, there have been changes of medical and administrative staff. Consistently, however, I have experienced excellent reception and medical care. I have always appreciated the different doctors' willingness to explain things to me and answer my questions. Of course, there is often a wait to be seen. I take my book and enjoy some reading time.

We have been seeing Dr Kris Fawcett for years now, the whole experience from booking to consultation is so organised and professional we can only Highly Recommend.

The Nurses and Dr Olga are so kind, patient and helpful to attend to my wounds. They even followed up on the X-Ray Results and am glad I have no fractures. Thanks so much!
