Snowscene Retail Store

The best customer service I have ever received (I work in luxury retail so that says a lot!). Purchased some pants online and y hey called me almost straight away to advise me on the fit. Unsure as to whether they were going to be the correct size I was able to make it into be store the following day. Unfortunately, as they suspected the pants were in fact too small. They looked at every option possible to find a solution however they ended up refunding me.

It’s incredibly refreshing having salespeople/a company so honest and transparent. They have put their relationship with customers over making a quick buck. Without doubt I will recommend them to everyone I know. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I look forward to supporting this business in the future.

WOW!!!! 10/10. Purchased some gear for an upcoming trip, and the service, knowledge and just a genuine approach to customer service from Hayden was probably the best I've ever had. The prices are a little expensive, however, the service and advice was exceptional. Hayden was amazing. I will be doing all my snow gear shopping through this store moving forward. Superb customer service. Great personal care to assist the customers. They would go extra miles to inform every details and personally send message for a better and more value for money alternatives or get a better deal with discounts etc.

Unsure why Snowscene hasn’t got a solid 5 star rating; you cannot fault the service from Hayden and his team here, and their products are next level. My kids and I managed to catch the tail end of their sale which just sweetened the experience even further. His tips for ski trips with a family were just so helpful. Do not go anywhere else for snow trip prep/gear otherwise you’re underselling yourself.

Snowscene have very good prices for their products. This past month I have purchased three Eivy thermals virtually at half price. Their efficiency in sending the products to Sydney through express post is to be applauded. One order was received eithin 24 hours of ordering and the second within 48 hours (ordered on a Sunday).

I chose Snowscene to purchase my Eivy because of their prices, excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Prior to purchasing two Eivy thermal tops on Thursday 13 July I called Snowscene for advice re sizing.
The young man Callum was able to assist me with my questions professionally and patiently.

The process in ordering online exceeded my expectations as I received my purchase to my Sydney address within 12 hours ordering.

I needed to replace some aging ski gear today. Unfortunately, I had a very limited budget. I was concerned that my budgetary restraints would be frowned upon. To the contrary, the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me with products that suited my needs and my financial constraints. I was very grateful for their respect and generosity.

Great Customer service all round. I had an issue with the website and really wanted these boots - I'm stuck in Victoria (due to COVID) and was about to be really sad that I couldn't buy the boots I wanted and then BOOM, got a call back, purchased the boots and have them sent and on their way! Amazing - haven't had service like that for YEARS! too easy - great job :)

We have been booking our trips through Snowscene since 2012. We go overseas or to Australia every year. We have had not only excellent service and great travel times through them, it has become to feel like we are treated like family. The ski shop is amazing, Hayden is great at what he does, and Emily's team work literal miracles all the time. If you want to go on a snow trip don't bother going anywhere else. Trent and Katherine

Hayden was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and above all friendly. We ended up finding exactly what we wanted. They stock a huge range of products for all levels of skiers.

Just received my new helmet from Snowscene and couldn't be happier. It arrived super quick and the personal notes were appreciated. It's been a hard year for travel groups so it's great to support these great businesses.

Really thoughtful all round: good website design for finding for the right product, many payment options for flexibility, fast shipment with plenty of notices and tracking, after sales care and communications, all these seemingly little but right things compounded together that left me with a great experience with this previously (on my own ignorance) unknown shop. I am so glad that I was able to find this website of Snowscene Shop for the boots that I am looking for and some accessories I needed to complete my gear. It was a first for me to be ordering some winter boots and accessories and this shop didn’t disappoint. The delivery was pretty fast which every customer would surely love and the customer service was superb and thanks to Hayden for the quick response regarding the slight glitch in my order address. Living in Melbourne, my experiences with Snowscene have been online. I purchased a jacket via the website, which when it arrived was far too big for me. Hayden was fantastic about my returning and exchanging the item. When the next delivery arrived a couple of days later, the jacket in question had been superseded and replaced with a different one by the supplier. Again, Hayden was brilliant, providing me with adequate information (including photos) and options to make a decision regarding the product. Everything was handled promptly, efficiently, and with a smile (yes, even online - via emoji). What Hayden couldn't possibly have known is that having in a previous life worked in snow retail myself (as the manager for the Melbourne concept store for the brand of jacket I purchased) and since moved on to become a prolific snow consumer, I have a deep appreciation for when customer service goes above and beyond. It has been wonderfully refreshing to have had such a positive customer service experience with Snowscene.

The staff at Snowscene are really great. I have bought a few things over the years and have always received good, honest advice. They have even helped me to sort problems with products that I didn't purchase from them originally, which is definitely going above and beyond the call of duty!
