I rang Patrick & the team for a bike for my daughter’s 10th birthday, I gave them no notice because I leave everything to the last minute ;)
Within 24hr’s they had an 18” WTP brought into stock, they assembled it perfectly and had it ready to go for her!!

Staff are super chill/friendly and extremely helpful. I’ve purchased a few products from them and being new to bmx I’m not the most knowledgeable but they answered all of my questions and even taught me a few things about working on my bike and what parts would be right for me. 10/10 highly recommend

Purchased a kids helmet recently and unfortunately ordered the wrong size. Such a good returns process through their site and the customer service offered by Pat was exceptional, very rare to experience these days, thanks!

Purchased a front chain ring from LUXBMX and was having trouble with my sprocket alignment and crank spacing. Evan from Lux rang and explained what dimensions to aim for and how to fix it. That's excellent customer service ! 10/10

My family and I are new to BMX, I've made a few purchases from LUX and have found them setting the standard for excellence in BMX sales.

In my most recent experience, the LUX team went out of their way to make sure my daughters bike was set up perfectly for her.

Their team was patient whilst both my kids tried on various parts of protective gear before purchasing.

When buying my own bike (first bike ever) they were more than patient with what simple inexperienced questions I had.

Amazing Customer Service from Tim from Lux Bikes. Transport company misplaced my parcel and Tim followed this through each step of the way. Very helpful and efficient. The bike did arrive but this didn't stop Tim from being proactive and organising another bike in replacement, to ensure my son had his bike by Christmas.
Treated like a human and not a number. Thanks so much Lux Team - highly recommend

Honestly the best experience from a store I’ve had

We are located in NSW hunter region after trying so many stores around nsw even USA in search of a particular bmx for Xmas we called luxbmx and they happened to have one in stock the guy was so helpful we organised it all over the phone this was a Monday afternoon and the bike turned up midday today (Wednesday) 👏 I’m so happy with our experience after almost giving up looking will definitely be our go to store

Lux BMX staff are superb. When I had an issue with some faulty brakes, they were incredibly helpful and responsive, great follow up and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

My son was a tiny bit nervous calling to make a enquiry on a part as he wasn’t 100% confident in what he needed. The staff member (Tim)? was so kind and helpful on the phone, he was emailing items while on phone to help! it was so appreciated that he helped him with out what I often see of an ego of knowledge making him feel bad. We went in to pick up the part and as soon as we walked in a staff member greeted us with a friendly hello. My son bought his part and we took it out to the car to satisfy our own worry driving so far and next min the lovely man came out to make sure all was ok and explained it to my son. This is not the service we are used to. It’s such a lovely feeling to see staff that have been in this field explaining it to newbies.
The manager of this store should be commended on finding such lovely staff.
I would not hesitate to do the drive again just for the service.
