You can never go wrong the Chalk Hotel's BBQ pork ribs! Mmmm my mouth waters just thinking about it! Great food, awesome vibe and friendly staff - can't wait till the next event at the Chalky.

Had the best night last weekend! mates 21st was perfect! great bar staff, food and Olivia in Functions was perfect!

I like coming here to have a cold beer with a few mates while watching a game.
I recommend the cheap steaks they have, pretty good value.

We had a trivia night as a fund raiser at the Chalk on 20th June. Great night, function staff were great even to the point of rushing in a couple of extra tables for us when more then the expected crowd arrived.Meals could be ordered on arrival & they were brought to the function room so no one missed anything.

New Years was the worst event i have ever been to. An hour to get a drink is absolute bullshit, 4 bar staff for 400+ people is pathetic. The manager told me it would die down in an hour at 10 oclock....on new years...he was obviously high when he said this. i ended up leaving and going into the valley. Event coordiantor needs to get a new job

Dinner Tuesday, restaurant didn't have a kids menu or entree sized meals had to resort to limited bar menu. Ended up with very average pizza, steak and bowl of chips. Definitely not a family/child friendly pub. Also no lemon or lime for Corona's !!!

Very ordinary, asked for an egg on my steak instead of the sauce because I can't have gluten and they said they don't cook eggs. Though the burger has egg on it...

Walked out after waiting in line for ages while the staff messed around. Felt pretty uncomfortable with aggressive patrons around.
