Great experience at the clinic- Dr Bashir was lovely, comprehensive and professional. As were the nurses and reception staff. Will be back!

I recently visited this clinic for the first time for my COVID booster shot and it was a pleasant experience.
I was referred by my friend who told me where to find the elevator entrance which made it easier as it's not obvious from standing out the front. You need to walk into the arcade at number 39 down to the elevators at the back left. The city views from the waiting room are very nice. The receptionists seemed efficient.
They were running right on time and the girl who took me through to the room was the one who gave me my shot, now the doctor I had booked with. She was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I barely felt the needle and she took time to answer questions.
I will definitely be coming back here again

A busy day at the clinic I believe, and perhaps 200 vaccinations.
I was there for my Booster, and although running about 35 minutes late it was explained to me when I arrived early, and I was able to retreat to my office in the same building before returning.
Checkin and preliminary online form completion very solid.
Chairs appropriately spaced for those waiting and for the 15 mins following vaccination. Pleasant and efficient staff, and procedure was straightforward. Treated professionally, and Doctor given a polite but clear clap from those seated when it was evident that no more people were waiting for a vaccination around 5:30 pm on Saturday.

We arrived in time for our appointment. Our details were checked quickly and efficiently. The appointment was on time. The Doctor friendly and helpful and quick. The waiting room chairs were placed at a good distance from each other. Thank you for our Booster Co-Vid vaccine.

Arrived early for booster shot appointment. Waited 5 mins, Dr called me, asked why I was here. Explained the Pfizer booster shot, gave me the booster shot. Explained possible after effects and what to do. Fast, intelligent transaction.

I have had the best possible care at this clinic. They fitted me in for daily wound care with zero notice after my old clinic wouldn't help me, and this was during lockdown as well. They identified a bug that the hospital had missed, and liaised with the hospital to get me back in. When I was released from inpatient, they fitted me back in for daily wound care again - again with zero notice! And they look after me as a whole person. I see Drs Josh, Malcolm and Nicole regularly and they've all been great, as have the nurses Louise and Lee. They have a very professional set-up and the front office staff have been lovely to me.

Dr. Rebecca is an excellent doctor, very attentive / listens to the patients’ aches n pains without rushing, approachable and care about your well being. The nurses are also great although the reception staff needs to improve their people skills, I never had to wait long for my appointments.

I’ve been coming here almost two years now. I see Doctor Ash. He has always cared and has been very helpful. Although the practice is not always bulk billed, the patient care is worth paying for.

I am a regular patient here and the reception staff and I've seen a couple doctors who have been friendly and attentive. Also had my Pfizer vaccination here and the experience was great. Doctor was willing to answer any and all questions, and they were very time efficient.

I moved all the families medical requirements to this clinic as they offer excellent selection of doctors, they have pathology next door, xray across the road. The clinic being on the upper floor of a building makes it very quiet and more private. The staff are amazing, they are helpful, kind and never in a rush. The treatment room is extensive with kind nurses to help you. This clinic has now become the clinic for the whole family including my elderly mother.

Great clinic! Just be warned my college age colleagues, the bulk billing only applies to people with concession cards, Centrelink, pension and people under 16. I didn't read the bulk billing policy properly (it is written very obviously in the 'bulk billing' section of HotDoc) and I paid the price... of $85 (-$39 medicare rebate though!).

Outside that, the receptionists were very friendly and to the point, and the doctors provided excellent service! I had to get a blood test so the doctor had me run over to the QML next door, 3 minutes before they closed, while he was printing the script! (As an added bonus, the QML guys are legends as well! Taking on a literal last minute test as they were packing up for the day!)

Thanks for the consultation! But please don't be mad if I end up using a different clinic which offers the full 100% public bulk billing from here on, might have to come back when I have a family though!

Very professional and efficient surgery. My appointment for my COVID Booster vaccination ran on time and all staff adhered very strictly to the correct protocols which was extremely reassuring. I'd definitely recommend this medical practice to all!

helpful advice and information., and efficient communication and reminder of appointment, staff friendly. Dr. Aitchison has pleasant manner and explained clearly the side effect of after taking the Pfizer vaccination, and put us at ease. She has good skill in doing the jab! Thank you.

Dr Nick Bashir-Elahi was very efficient however didn't lose his professionalism and kindness in the process. I was one of many on his (I'm sure) long list of covid vaccinations for the day and he was very pleasant and didn't feel anything when he gave me my booster. Parking lot across the street. I was in and out in twenty minutes. Great job!

I was able to get my booster here today. The staff and doctor were very friendly and it all went off without a fuss, even though I was a little late, (life tip - they aren't in Toowong Village, but they are close by). I'd happily go back to them again :)

I had a medical problem that needed addressing urgently but was not an emergency. I was travelling from interstate and received prompt and excellent treatment. A very efficient, pleasant Centre and I was seen by 2 excellent doctors.

5/5 experience, the practice staff and GP's here are all excellent!!! Parking is convenient, waiting room is well spaced out and treatment rooms are very modern. Easy online booking process too. Thanks Dr Nick!

I have been seeing Dr Ebby Patel for the past year and a half. He is great and has contacted me with test results at 8pm at night. I would definitely recommend.

When Ebby was away I also saw Alix Armstrong who was also great.

The nurses were really good when vaccinating my baby.

I usually try to get an early appointment to avoid wait times but don't mind waiting longer for good service.

Wow what can I say about Dr Joshua Taylor as a Medical Doctor myself, I saw him and wow oh wow. Congenial, industrious and articulate.
He knows his stiff, has an amazing report with you as a patient and great respect and care. Thank you so much . The administration team, they are the best in the business. Keep the great work up team. Thank you

I had my COVID booster shot and it was administered by Dr Nick Bashir-Elahi. The vaccine was administered without any dramas and I was in n out within 30 minutes. The option to prefill my forms before visiting the clinic really streamlined my new experience.
