Today, I had a pleasant surprise re a product which you apparently don't stock. She was filling the shelves with supplies so I didn't want to interrupt her. BUT SHE ASKED me could she help me!! She really tried. Then she helped me concerning cosmetics so I ended up purchasing unintended cosmetics instead! Her nametag read "Bram". Such overservice is so rare now...so that Bram really stands out. Thank you Bram!

Stopped in yesterday for some shampoo and conditioner, could only find the shampoo on the shelf. The checkout attendee looked up the stock for me of the conditioner and found it for me. I am very grateful for this as it’s hard to find it instock at the best of times. Customer service was wonderful when checking out at the end of my shop, gave me a positive outlook on the rest of the day after a bad beginning to it. Thank you Bram :)

The staff are helpful and are knowledgeable in providing advice and the recommendations on products/medications.

If you can store your scripts at the store, I recommend this, that way you can call ahead to order what you need to save you time as they can get quite busy due to the location!

Got some prescriptions filled. There is always something interesting that catches your eye when you come here. Great variety of products available.

I visited the other day to collect mine and my daughter's scripts. I was served by Dolli who took the time to go through all of our medications and even found a solution to an issue I was battling with the last three months. I have seen specialists, yet no doctor has been able to assist me until this visit. Dolli suggested I take my medication at a different time, among other things. Since implementing her suggestions, I have been feeling significantly better. I have visited many pharmacies in the past and have never had a staff member exhibit this level of care and concern- a very refreshing experience. I will only visit this location going forward. Highly reccomend!

My go-to chemist in the area. Lots of open air parking, stocked shelves and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

What a great experience I had today at your store. I was able to get everything I wanted, some of which I could not find, but I was helped by a very efficient team member who could not have been more helpful. She also showed quite and extensive knowledge ass on the products I bought and was able to advise more items for me to purchase. So instead of buying 2 items I purchased 4. Well done Jo. The pharmacists are all incredibly knowledgeable and go out of their way to assist customers. Despite supply shortages the pharmacist tonight was able to locate one of the last available stock of my medication and have it ready for collection within the hour. Highest praises.

This is the chemist to go. All the pharmacists are very well educated (even more so than some GPs!) They're quick and efficient. Other employees also have great customer service and the initiative to jump in and help at any chance needed. I made the swap from Lutwyche Rd chemist warehouse, to the Newmarket store. And it was the best idea, you will save yourself hours.

Staff member 'T' was the most helpful and respectful and clear of any chemist shop assistant that I have ever encountered anywhere. She ‘walked the extra mile’ with me to set me at ease.

This has been my go-to Pharmacy for a long time. Friendly and always up for a chat. Use the App and it is hassle free dispensing. Beat the queues. And shout out to Neiti who can never do enough to help. Thank you all.
