I can’t thanks enough Gerri for her outstanding customer service! I live in FNQ and costs of delivery from Brisbane make you often turn off buying any furniture from there. I spot the beautiful Tamil bench and cushions which were tag at a 20% bargain. She called and organise a carrier for me, get a quote in less than 10 minutes and one week later my beautiful bench is home! Thank you so much, I will buy again!

I visited your Fortitude Valley store yesterday and it's one of the most beautifully merchandised stores in the city (maybe even the country). I'm absolutely over the minimalist look that every other retail store seems to have adopted. I mean to say 'How much white can you have in a store before it makes you yawn?' Look and feel of this store is welcoming, cosy, inviting, modern, fresh, uncomplicated and clean. I was warmly greeted by staff, one in particular that took me under her wing was Bronwyn. So kind, cheery, knowledgeable and interested to find out about me and my needs. This woman really knows what great customer service looks like.
Anyway, Bronwyn, Boss of Bronwyn, Boss of Boss of Bronwyn and so on, utilise this woman's excellence as an opportunity to train other staff throughout your business as it's a 1000% step ahead of your competitors.

The staff are amazing!! So helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The store always looks fabulous ... I could spend days browsing. Thank you to the staff for their kindness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just want to say the sales associate in this store Mel is absolutely incredible, so helpful, kind and caring. I have been into store a few times now and Mel has served my partner and I, each time we have left with the biggest smiles on our faces.

Was warmly welcomed and helped by Debbie. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen and was genuinely interested in having a conversation with us. Super happy with my experience.

A few months ago my partner and I furnished our two story home with everything from Provincial Home. We absolutely love everything from the beautiful beds, chairs, lounge cabinets, pillows , throw rugs and jars.

Unfortunately when we unwrapped our 6 gorgeous Ash Teak Beatrice chairs 4 were correct but unfortunately 2 were in Honey Teak.

When I called the store I was looked after by a staff member Carol . I told her of the problem but unfortunately she could not find any more Ash Teak in color as it was old stock and had been replaced by the new Honey color.

I was devastated as my entire house was all in the Ash Teak Color.

It took many months but finally Carol from The valley store tracked down two more Ash Teak chairs, whilst recuperating from a knee operation.

Thank you Carol for your persistence and dedication, a job well done.

We received such great service from Mel, the Assistant Manager at the Fortitude Valley Store. There was a slight hiccup with our order during their sale, and she went out of her way to make sure our beautiful cane lounges were delivered before Christmas. PHL should absolutely treasure Mel!

A welcome addition to the centre - he colour coordinated/area curated displays give really great ideas and are really well done. They have excellent prices when they're on sale.

Quite relaxing to browse there and plenty of armchairs around to have a seat and soak in the surrounds if you want to give your feet a rest or your partner is enjoying an extended browse.

Grace is so amazing at her Job and recommended the most beautiful flowers for my grandma. Highly recommended and that girl needs a promotion!
