Josh and the team at Living Sound undertook a complex processing, amplification and speaker upgrade to my Home Theatre as well as adding a Vinyl frontend. The entire integration project went extremely smoothly even though it involved many products, physical changes to the ceiling and walls and extensive cabling. The most impressive aspect of Living Sound was the support that Josh has given us in the subsequent months, explaining settings on the Processor and being available pretty much at any time to answer any and all questions. I now have an amazing sounding system but just as importantly a business to back me up for whatever happens in the future.

I am a retired Senior Vice President of Columbia Pictures (now Sony Pictures). Two years ago I purchased a state of the art home theatre setup from Josh at Living Sound and Vision. I am a perfectionist when it comes to picture and sound (28 years in the movie business). I have been the envy of friends in the industry because my theatre is on a par with any arthouse cinema in Brisbane, not just because the equipment is outstanding but also because the installation was so professional and detailed. I am writing this follow up recommendation because I want to tell you how two years later the service from the company continues to be outstanding. I showed up to buy a simple turntable and walked out with a turntable and a home theater. Excellent experience. Staff is knowledgeable and experienced and most importantly they believe in the products they sell.

What I liked the most about the place is that the staff goes above and beyond to set up the products for you to audition. PLUS they do not in anyway interfere with the process and give you the space and time to enjoy. They do not share their opinions unless you specifically ask. That is an excellent quality to have as it allows you to reach your own conclusion. They also work with your budget/requirements and work very hard to get you the best quality high end products. Not to mention the fact that I could message and get help even after hours.

Purchased a Sonos Beam. Search all online stores and the big retailers - JB and Harvey. Price was $130 cheaper than JB. Was a little concerned about the very competitive price so I rang and spoke with Living Sound and Vision to confirm. Product was dispatched within a day and arrived in Perth in just over a week and that was in the Xmas rush. Highly recommend Living Sound & Vision in price and service. Very happy indeed.

Barry was awesome, relaxed and knowledgeable. Allowed me to audition the brilliant QAcoustic M20 speakers without interruption and at my leisure. Highly recommended and definately my go to hifi store.

I purchased all the equipment for my home theatre from Living Sound. It is a top quality, state-of-the-art installation and I am very pleased with the outcome and the continued interest and input from Josh Black.

From the initial enquiry on the website, might I add after hours during the night, to get a response and chat over the phone to the end of sale, he was always there for me to answer any questions, day and NIGHT no matter what.

Asked about setting up a home theatre and they asked a few questions which made sense around expected outcomes and what budget to achieve the desired result. I wanted a balance between music and movies and value for money. For me value for money meant if i chose a system that i liked but a couple of thousand more would get a substantial increase in performace then we spend the extra. Advised them it would be 6 months till i would need it so have received a quote and it is well within my budget so may purchase and install later. Checked a couple of other places but found they seemed more interested in selling me something than asking the right questions like living sound.
