Hitesh runs a small, family business. He isn't one of the big companies or part of them and it shows. You're treated like a person and not just another customer. In my opinion he's without doubt the best pharmacist in SE Queensland. Thanks to Hitesh, Lee and all the team for the fantastic service! 5 star rating, I was trying to find a chemist who could do Webster packs for my grandmother and was having a hard time locating one. Sunnybank Hills pharmacy were so helpful and explained the process to me. Every week without fail, they had her websters pack ready. If I didn’t pick it up by my usual time, they’d also give me a reminder call. The script requests were given with ample time to get them reissued. Hitesh is lovely and was always helpful and made you feel welcomed.
