I made a same-day appointment online and when I arrived I got seen promptly by the GP who has been treating me there for over 2 years.
He listened to my problem, offered his solution and let me go with a prescription for my medication.
It all was very quick (probably because it was the end of the day) but I'm used no different from the other times I have been here.

Respect of Time.
As I respect the demands on a doctor's time in this medically demanding era and understanding the disciplined booking schedule, I arrived 30 minutes early, happy to wait for my appointment.
After seeing reception and waiting the allotted time, within a minute of my booked appointment, I was called by the doctor. It was wonderful to have also been respected and not having to wait as so often happens as doctors are harried by the demands of previous patients.
My consult was efficient, engaging and thoroughly enjoyable. Respect flows in both directions and I feel very happy with my appointment.

WMC is an excellent facility and staff who genuinely care to listen patiently and arrange a suitable consultation according to need etc. Phone consultations can be arranged too. Theres a chemist next door, ample parking. Mostly they always ease my mind that my concerns are addressed with compassion. Sincerely Helen.

Whatever Dr karimi gets paid needs to be doubled at the absolute minimum. Most attentive, genuine and thoughtful doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I’ve never been one to have a set doctor or take any care booking appointments on the basis of who I’m making the appointment with, but I’m certain I’ll only be booking with him from this day forward. Always had a good experience with the other doctors and reception staff at the clinic, but Dr Karimi has absolutely superseded expectations.

I’ve been quite a few times for skin cancer checks and procedures. I’ve been well looked after, everyone is friendly and helpful, costs are low. I like it that facilities are humble - not trying to show off like so many private practices. A plain and simple neighbourhood GP practice. Recommended.

New patient to Dr. Singh. Clinic was on time for my appointment booked through Hot Doc and Dr. Singh was lovely and thorough. Was a little nervous coming reading other reviews, but will definitely return to see Dr. Singh!

I had a great experience with Dr Neelum Perera who was very welcoming, caring and gave me great advice on how to improve my health. She was also very thorough with her examinations and prescribed me advanced and targeted tests to diagnose my condition. Would highly recommend.

I used Bupa and the medical appointment was free, punctual, the doctor was an empathetic and kind professional. I finally felt well cared for in a medical center in Australia. Congrats!

The GP, Nurse and Receptionists are all friendly, caring and to the point. Any queries are handled timely. The visit is efficient but personable and thorough and the practitioner makes sure the patient is up to date with Vaccines and any health screenings

Reception staff is always helpful.

I see Dr Gemunu Ranawake and he is always very helpful. He assess the issue and provides a solution as well as asks if there is anything else. Always does so in a reasonable amount of time too.

I would recommend this Doctors Surgery to anyone. I have been going to Dr Usman Gul for 12 months now. He is great. He is smart, clever and a great listener. He always goes that extra step to help me. When ever I've gone here with a Medical Condition. If I could give 6 stars I definitely would. I only ever have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to see the doctor here. I've had an Amazing Experience coming here.

I seen Dr. Debra Larkins @Woolloongabba Medical Centre and it’s the best care I’ve had from a doctor since before Covid. She listens to your concerns, she explains things so it’s understanding without the medical terminology. She also greeted me wearing a mask and held one spare which I love the extra precautions! Such a lovely lady!

Dr Farheen is amazing. She is efficient, thorough, and surprisingly on time! Every time I have an appointment with her I always walk away feeling like she has taken very good care of me and listens to all my concerns without any judgement. Parking available right outside the clinic! I look forward to being a regular patient here.

Have been seeing Dr Sam here for over 3 years. I have a few chronic illnesses, mental and physical which are difficult to manage. I couldn't do this without his patience and commitment to find the best solutions for me at every step. I enjoy visiting him as he is very pleasant, clever and positive.

I have been lucky to access their nurses for the Doctor to have things attended to straight away as they are well equipped for their patients.

Easy to organise bookings arranged using My Doc App, plus having the pharmacist next door ran by Wendy who is lovely, makes the whole process easy and efficient.

I rely on this centre as I work full time and need to depend on a good experience as I am a regular patient. Bulk billed and able to book telephone appointments are another bonus they provide.

I may have to wait 15-30 minutes and find it hard to get through via telephone to reception due to the popularity of this clinic at times.... But I find it worth it. I am blessed to have this complex as my local.

I am currently recommending Dr Sam and the services to my partner as I have had enough of hearing about all her bad experiences in many places elsewhere.

I give this centre 4.5+Stars.

As a first time patient to the wollonggabba family medical centre first i notice the huge facility and very organise and clean then to the receptionist which attended my inquiry super fast. Meeting the doctor and how my experience was outstanding had all my medical matter looked after. Its definitely going to be my local family medical centre from now on. Thank you guy’s so much

Dr. Debra Larkins and the receptionist Zahra are incredible. Both of them give so much help and an awesome experience. Dr. Debra does beyond her work to help. Also Zahra is very patient and attentive. Definitely I have a favourite GP at this Medical Centre.

Excellent bulk billing practice. Been going for years. Have built long standing relationship with Dr Gul, who is compassionate and gives good advice and treatment plans.

I find this medical centre one of the most professional clinics in Brisbane. Medical Staff are highly trained professionals as is the support team under the umbrella of the practice manager is efficient beyond the norm. Bravo to all.

Brilliant clinic, I was able to boom and see a doctor next day - who was attentive and provided good medical advice. I wish more people were aware and I'll be recommending to my friends! Thankyou all for seeing me today!
