Came in to make some photocopies and was a guided by Suzy who was incredibly knowledgeable. Suzy went above and beyond for me. Officeworks if you are ever to promote someone, look no further!

10/10 service. Lanky lad was a pleasure, he assisted me in finding everything I needed for my daughter Eugine. Couldnt find the pens for the life of me! Life has been hard since my wife Veronica took the kids..ahhh.. i miss her. Anyway, Lanky was such a pleasure!

This lovely young girl Laura helped check me out on Saturday, she had lovely manners and was more than patient with me. She deserves a raise!

Marcus is an excellent worker! His customer service was amazing when helping me find a USB for my laptop. I was in need for a specific one, low and behold marcus found it. Good on you mate.

Was shopping for a gaming desk last Saturday, and I had the most helpful team member who was extremely professional in the way he helped me and was very knowledgeable, I think his name was Hayden, Awesome job

Please clone Tony in the tech department! I arrived today to investigate gimbals/stabilisers for smartphones. Tony had just gotten back from leave and a whole new product line had arrived in his absence. He sat down with me (literally) and physically went through the new stock comparing specs and tech until we found exactly what I needed. Management were absolutely brilliant in allowing him to walk through all the options with me and I left with a piece of tech I know is thoroughly suitable. Fantastic service all round. One very happy customer here.

I have always had good service at Cairns Officeworks ,However l would like to further add on each occasion while at the Print and Copy section when l have been attended to by "Vanessa"like this morning ,l found her to be consistently friendly, polite, professional and thorough at her job. Huge selection of office supplies in convenient location. We always find what we need. This store is so popular that the car park is nearly always full. The 9pm closure makes it easier to avoid the crowds.

Very good printing service! Was happy that they even managed to make a little booklet for me. I expected to only print the paper and do the rest myself but I quickly had the whole booklet in my hands. Thank you

Best and cheapest office supplies in Cairns, massive range of stationary, office supplies, furniture and technology. Wheelchair accessible entry, one disabled parking bay, in-store aisles can be cluttered or obstructed but staff are plentiful if you need help. There's also an in-store print shop for everything from a4 printing to shop signs, coffee mugs, canvas and metal prints etc. Large range of phones, laptops and tablets.

Came in store wanting a new phone but I wasn't quite sure about my options. Got served by Sam who was very helpful, he really knows his stuff around the technology. I am very happy with my new phone now

Absolutely love this place. Got a voucher for Christmas and bought some amazing stationery, pens, little white boards to keep you on track with your goals, sketchbooks and copic pens....the list goes on. Keep searching and usually you find something so cute, you are rushing to the counter to purchase. I also had trouble with my square app and the one of the kind guys there helped me work it with the app on my phone. Thanks!!!

On Thursday 17/06 at about 6:45pm I was at the checkout getting some laminating paper and art stuff when my card decline. I was confused as I had money on my card, turns out the commonwealth bank app and system was having a meltdown and it took me about 20min to resolve this situation with my bank and eventually my card was approved. This isn’t the point of the review, but I just wanted to commend the woman who was serving me, I was very much anxious and embarrassed as this had never happened to me before, and she was so patient and kind and made me not feel bad. She related to the situation with empathy, and told me that it was ok. She didn’t make me feel embarrassed or like I was annoying or a burden because I took extra time. I was embarrassed about the situation but she assured me that it was ok. I appreciate the patience she had for me and my bank app eventually started working and my payment was approved but she definitely made the situation very nice and comfortable. It’s really good to see good customer caring service and she made my night. Thank you.

I call into Officeworks Cairns at least once a month, helpful staff & happy to sort-out refunds when required. Spacious store & plenty to see when browsing around. Can be a little frustrating trying to locate a parking spot especially on Monday mornings.
Overall reasonable prices throughout store.

Big shout out to team member Nathan for outstanding customer service.
I went to purchase an item that had disappeared completely from their system (discontinued stock) - he went out of his way to find out how to locate it within the system & then find a store near Brisbane that had it in stock (the last one in Qld).
He then went above & beyond, called me an hour later to tell me he'd liaised with that store to arrange a way for me to purchase the product & have it shipped to Cairns by courier.
Thanks again Nathan, for your "nothing is too much trouble" attitude & exceptional service.

Went in to buy a reasonable, durable portable speaker. Products did not provide much information on their packaging. Nathan (Staff Member) approached me, and I asked for further informationn, he advised of all the comparable facts in 2 choices to assist in my purchase. Nathan was very helpful and polite. Great staff member. Thank you. Will definitely be seeking his assistance again.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great place to pick up all of my teaching supplies. Prices are always very reasonable. It's probably best to park on the street as the car park is a bit small and hard to get around.
