Very helpful. I rang before hand to check they had what I wanted in stock in my size - orthotic slippers. They have a great range of comfy shoes and I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent customer service, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured even though it was minutes away from closing time. We even managed to get a car park a few metres away from the store entrance. My husband received excellent advice on how to fit & wear his Birkenstocks. Choosing the colour & style was the hard part. The store is fairly small but they offer an extensive range, it has a lovely atmosphere, with comfortable seating & large viewing mirrors. I particularly liked the large floor rug which softens the feel of the store & makes it feel very relaxed. It has that lovely Paddington vibe!

There’s a reason this store has such great ratings online. The service here exceeded any expectations I had for a shoe store.

I went in looking to purchase a pair of Birkenstocks as I’ve been having feet and back pain from wearing thongs and wanted something quick to slip on and off that would be beneficial to my feet.

From the moment I walked in Laura was the loveliest sales assistant you could want. We tried several pairs on to find my size and Laura provided feedback on the fit from her observations. After a walk around I felt I had found my size but was unsure of the colour.
Laura did not pressure me into a sale and suggested if I’m not 100% happy with the colour to take a photo and check out some other stores or online.
It’s very rare these days that you visit a store, especially a smaller boutique one and get honest advice like that. A store that is for the customer and is willing to put profit aside to make sure the whoever comes in leaves feeling like they made the right decision.

Sadly, despite my determination to get a pair we decided they just aren’t for my feet and told me to take a picture of the size to help me when looking for a different shoe in the future as apart from Birkenstocks they specialise in women’s shoes.

Thank you for giving me such a great experience and helping me take a big step towards finding the right shoe.

In my opinion, the staff are lovely here and the service excellent. Felt treated with care and given useful advice. Plus got a great deal on sandals for the workplace, in the "end-of-season sale"! Highly recommended, will be back.

This shop is amazing! You get the most amazing service and the staff have so much knowledge on different shoes and what works for your feet. I’m not sure the name of the woman who served me, but she had glasses and was AMAZING. Don’t buy online, do yourself a favour and buy your next birks there!

Have bought all my shoes from Adavera for the last 5 years. Rachel is fantastic! Best service and great range. They are happy to order in if they don't have a particular shoe in stock.
