Ian and Heidi were great to work with - never pushy. Heidi took care of after care items like tinting and exterior paint protection. Ian understood exactly what I was looking for - durable, safe bash around suitable for delivery of boxes, room for grandkids, prams, bikes, my dog and older members of family who need a bit of height and movable seats. Plenty of room for all the family and groceries at same time. Lots of features and excellent value for price. Highly recommend Mercedes Benz Cairns.

Ian did an incredible job of making the process of purchasing a new Mercedes from start to finish, stress free and easy. I recently purchased a GLA200 from Mercedes Cairns. Ben Keene was more than attentive, understanding and above all, genuine. He withstood the gruelling task of going back and forth between models and had an answer for every question. He always welcomed us whenever we 'popped in' to look at the car which was more than the usual amount haha. Couldn't recommend him more. He is also huge on aftercare with the client which is something you don't see alot of these days.
