Went in with an idea of what features I needed and budget - Jack’s knowledge of the different models and understanding of my needs, facilitated a tailored recommendation that I couldn’t be happier with. Jack’s service and communication even after purchase has been so helpful. The same can be said for all departments: finance (Dan), add on items (Natasha) such as tinting etc, servicing (William) and management. Adrian (manager) wasn’t there on the day I purchased the car, Jeff (assisting from a sister dealer) was lovely and then I met Adrian when collecting the car and he took the time to come and chat with me, just about life in general even. Just a great vibe and bunch of friendly and helpful people at Trinity Kia. Highly recommend

Wonderful service. My very first visit to the dealership when initially looking, it was a super hot day. Within 5 minutes of being there, Jack offered to bring the car i was interested in inside so that I could look at it while I had my baby with me. Service was second to none. Highly highly recommend! Lee was wonderful, honest and patient while keeping things simple for us when we first approached him in deciding whether to buy a new Sportage or Seltos. We decided on the Seltos due to size and cost to better met our needs. However, we required delivery in time for a family wedding and both Lee and Adrian went that extra mile to ensure that our time frame was met - so grateful for this.
