I have been seeing the Given Smiles team for more than two years, and the service, chair-side manners and patient care have always been excellent. Dr. Gus Freitas is an outstanding professional. As a dentist myself, my standards are very high, and I choose carefully who will be providing services to me and my family. I highly recommend their services.

I couldn’t find a better Dental clinic to look after “me”. That's what Dr. Gus and his friendly staff do. They treat you as part of the family. I'm so glad and pleased with the outstanding service they have provided.

A good experience at Given Smile starts when you open the door and the receptionist smiles and says your name. After that, it is impossible for you to spend much time in the comfortable space, because your doctor will quickly come to say hello, and of course, you will receive the best care, just like I receive from Doctor Gus and his team, who are the best professionals, at Givem Smile.

Gus is a credit to his profession. He is warm and welcoming and listens carefully to anything you may wish to say. The practice is as modern as it can come. Gus has embraced the latest technology and is comfortable using it. The practice is conveniently placed and parking is available.

Great service from Dr. Gus and the reception ladies :) I have my checkups/cleaning done with Dr. Gus and he is always very nice and thorough.

I've been coming to Given Smile for the past 3 or so years, and can't recommend it highly enough. Gus and his entire team are friendly, enthusiastic and highly professional, and take the time to get to know their patients - I'm always impressed by the details Gus can recall months later about what's happening in my life!

Their equipment and methods are state of the art, and the facilities are clean, hygienic and comfortable. I've always felt at ease and leave with a sense of how my teeth are progressing and with good advice for what to look out for.

From start to finish this was a great experience.

I hadn't been to the dentist since returning from overseas 4 years ago, and chose to book in with Given Smile because I read the great reviews - and they certainly lived up to them!

The team were warm, welcoming and engaging as soon as I arrived. Dr. Gus and Dental Hygienist Trilby were very disarming, talking to me casually and asking questions about my dental history and concerns, before outlining what they were hoping to achieve from our consultation.

Gus took time at every step to outline his approach, and show me what he was looking at, without being patronising. He presented options clearly, and gave me clear advice - as well as costings. It didn't seem at any point as though they were trying to prolong treatment or take advantage of me at all - in fact, we were able to do a full exam and a general clean all in the one sitting.

This approach was by far the best dental experience I've had, and can't recommend Given Smile highly enough. Thank you to Charlene, Gus & Trilby - keep up the good work!

When your dentist retires after many years it can be challenging to change. The Given Smile team is welcoming, pleasant and professional. Dr Gus is clearly highly skilled and made me feel very comfortable through two crowns, explaining along the way. He’s my new favourite. Also love their playlist!

Amazing dental clinic. Dr Carolina did such an awesome job... I had a cracked tooth and enjoyed the opportunity to get a dental cleaning. She fixed everything up with Isa helping as dental assistant. Never had such a good result with a dental cleaning, also painless and with a reasonable price!

There is no other place where you will get a real clean up. Dr. Gus is a knowledgeable and experienced dentist who treats his patients with respect and honesty.
