Great service. I'm a new customer who will be coming back. James was ready to help me find the right bike and accessories. He explained everything I needed to know about the bike and attached the accessories, ready to ride out the shop. Conveniently located next to Bowen Hills Train Station. Saw many existing customers getting excellent after-sales support. All staff seem extremely knowledgeable about the bikes and scooters on sale. All staff took the time to help customers.

Great service. We walked in looking for a bike for commuting to work and it was obvious we didn't know the first thing about bike. Darren was amazing and explained to us the best options that fit our budget, would be great for beginners and suitable for our purpose. My husband has been very happy with the purchase and was very glad he took Darren's advice and recommendations after his immediate trial trip at home. When we were at the shop, there were constant customers and the shop had a sign up saying they are short-staffed but we got taken care of very well and I didn't see any customers losing their patience or got neglected the whole afternoon.

My cargo ebike chain snapped during the school run and I was able to push it to their store. They had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Outstanding service. Thanks!

Angus went above and beyond to help me today at 99 bikes Bowen Hills. I booked my bike in for a service and he called me and let me know what needed to be fixed with my bike and explained my best option was to change my level of service as this would be the best value. Upon collection of my bike he talked to me more about cleats which I have been putting off for almost a year. He patiently explained how they work and what to look out for, so I took the plunge. He helped me fit shoes and cleats for my bike, let me test them in store and I felt so much better about cleats after leaving. He was very informative, polite and friendly and I had a great experience in store. He was also very knowledgeable and explained and demonstrated to me about how to change a tire and inner tube so I can do this for myself. I've left feeling more informed, more excited about cycling and knowing my bike is in good condition now after a service. Highly recommend Angus at 99 bikes!!!

Incredible knowledge and service by the team.
My partner and I went in to purchase an ebike each and received amazing service from Tony, we both hadn't ridden bikes since we were young so it was very daunting getting back into it. Tony was patient with me while I tried to talk myself out of buying a cargo bike and genuinely seemed happy to help us out with the questions we had.

Had to return a few days later to get my partner's gears fixed as a stick knocked them out but they looked after me right away and repaired it where I was able watch and learn.

It's comforting knowing that there is such a reliable team so close when making a purchase of what seems like a fortune.

Hi, amazing customer service. Paul was not only lovely to deal with but he went above and beyond. We were set on buying a Globber for our little one and were equipped with a heap of questions which Paul answered perfectly and when he didn't have it, he'd go out of his way to find out. A fantastic store. My partner and I are new to the world of bikes. We had an awesome guy named Brock who helped us. Cannot recommend him higher. Experienced, helpful and super friendly. Brock explained the different types of bikes, showing us the bike best suited to my partner - Even had a test ride! Thank you for your outstanding customer service! Will certainly be returning.

The best 99 Bikes branch in Brisbane. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. This shop has very approachable mechanics (especially Jesiah), who are always happy to help with whatever they can. Once I had to repair the bottom bracket on my Merida Big 9 and I didn't have the tool to remove it. Jesiah replaced the BB and serviced it in less than 10 minutes and did not charge me for labor.

They are definitely my go-to when I have bikes issues or part purchaces.

I had my bike serviced just prior to Tour de Brisbane by another bike shop in NSW. Both front and rear tyres were not seated properly, the rear brakes were rubbing and the new chain and jocky wheels were not even lubed! The guys from 99 Bowen Hills were AMAZING!!!! Their mechanic, Darren, sorted me out with a smile free of charge in no time. Highly recommend bike shop with top employees!!!

Update 25/10/23: I’ve stuck with Josiah for the last year (two services and a few other queries here and there). I have been extremely pleased with the service. Josiah’s knowledge and understanding of my bike has saved me time and money. I won’t take my bike anywhere else. Appreciate you brother ❤

Had a great shopping experience recently.
The staff were helpful, but not hovering which I hate! I was asked if I needed help by a few different staff, but I wasn't hassled or stalked like a lot of bike shops. It was a lot like a good restaurant where they show up at just the right time to top up your wine glass.
Was mostly left to my own devices which was great as I was trying on helmets.

Great to try on shoes in store and be confident of the fit. Friendly and knowledgeable service by Madison. Good products at reasonable price.

Went into the store with not a clue about anything and one of staff (Cesar) put in a lot of time and effort in making sure I found the right bike. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. He always taught me how the gears and everything works too. Absolute legend and thanks for helping me out guys !

I was helped by Cesar to find the perfect bike for my needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The store at Bowen hills also has a great range. My sister had her tyre fixed at the same time - it was expertly done by Cesar and affordable. Highly recommend!

Amazing service by the 99 bikes staff. Max is super friendly and helped me choose a bike that would fit my budget and my height.
They let me test ride the bikes, gave me tips on how to take care of a new bike and helped me choose some well-needed accessories.
