Cairns Carwash Cafe

Had the honour to bump into a car was cafe employee on Friday. (Tobito or Toby was his name) He stated his nick name was Brother T.
Would like to thank Brother T for the advice he gave me on my ceramic coated Outlander on what's the best care. Will deffinetly be taking my vehicle in to Car Wash Cafe to get detailed soon. Brother T, I thankyou for advice and this business should be proud of you.

Took my jimny there after a cape trip and my car was insanely dirty but they still gave me a very decent price. When I got my car back I have never seen it cleaner or in better condition, even better than when I picked it up from the dealer! (It was a demo)

Got a Diamond Clean at this place preparing car for sale.
Staff were polite and informative. Clean was finished a few hours later and I was notified the car was ready.
Came up looking like it was out of the showroom. A very thorough clean inside and out!! Car sold 2 days later.

I really enjoyed the valet service that this business offers.

But I was doubtful that they could do anything with the car. It had been sitting for sixteen months in my garage and had its own green jungle atmosphere.

I spent 400 dollars on a full clean and was able to pick several options on the website. I had never spent this much on a detail and the quote said it may take 5-8 hours.

I had buyer's remorse the night before. I thought that despite the cost, it might be that I was throwing away money.

When the car was returned that afternoon (the valet drove his car to my place and took my car to the carwash for about 6 hours) I could not believe the detail and quality of work that they had carried out. The car literally looked like new and smelt like it had never had a creeping mould problem for two wet seasons.

I would not hesitate to recommend the service and quality of this detailing. The staff were friendly and informative and I would definitely do this again.

Always do a great job of my car & service is wonderful. Staff are very friendly. But you have a lot of people going through there & you need to keep the toilets clean. The ladies toilet was filthy & behind the door was putrid 🤢 Just letting you know, it’s not a good look. Not Loosing any stars for that because everything else was perfect!

Took my car in for the full detail package they offered and couldn't be happier! The staff were great and I got to relax and eat ice cream while I waited. When I got my car back the inside was immaculate and the exterior glowed from fresh polish. Highly recommended these folks any and every time.

Absolutely brilliant idea! Free wifi while you wait in the cafe, which has 3 different areas for seating and outlets all over for charging devices and a good variety on the menu.

Best car wash I have ever gotten. They rid the entire car of our dogs very fine fur. They were kind and worked quickly. We were happy to wait in their air conditioned lounge.

I used Freos car wash last week and the professional and excellent manner they handled my job was exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody. They are a young team of Keen enthusiastic energetic wanting to please.

This is the second time I’m taking a car for a clean. I first took my navara in, the boys did an awesome job and today they didn’t disappoint either. My kids make a mess in the back but after CARWASH have been through the car you’d never know the kids have been anywhere near it. Absolutely happy with end result! The guy that greets customers as soon as they drive in is great always ready to help, great customer service.

Thank you team Freo's, my car looks like new again after your Platinum clean. I couldn't fault your service from arrival to leaving. My new Volvo suv had water marks and red dirt in spots from the drive up from Melbourne on some unsealed roads but you guys easily cleaned that up. I'm now looking forward to my next visit.

Love this place sooo much.they do an amazing job and were really kind to me as I was feeling crook after being in hospital. My ute is very clean.had a great meal inside too and got a cake made for kids.very friendly staff

So my car arrived greasy and salty after leaving Perth WA. I had thr $65 service and my car was detailed emmaculate.....whoooooa It was amazing my car looks brand new..... had great service from the hunnie on greet and meet to the desk inside. Facilities were comfortable and delightful. Once completed my car looked amazing in and out. Thank you soooo much. Hell yeah we be back....xx

They did a good job of my car, inside and out. Coffee and snacks available. Takes a long time but then they were pretty busy, bring a book.

I always go first up in the mornings as these guys are super busy. I have found them to be spot on and i go monthly. Always employs young kids and is great to see
