Enjoyed my shopping experience at this Myer. Recently had a makeover from 2 floors to 1 floor the shop has packed all it's goodies into the one space. Good selection of designer wear such as Forever New & Review etc.

Ben in kitchen appliances you are awesome you are the epitome of how customer service should be I am in awe of your service as I have never had service like you have delivered today in the longest of times. Popped in to purchase a gift. Annette was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Made my purchases quick and easy.
Only thing Myer could improve on was there is limited samples for a couple of other fragrances and serums on offer in store.

The welsh lady working in the skin care department was so lovely. She went above and beyond to help us and teach us about a product. Very caring to customers, thank you for helping us today 🥰

Recently purchased some long overdue make-up. Didn't have an idea of where to start, but needed the "perfect foundation" to match my skin tone & my age. Lisa from the Lancome counter assisted me & was absolutely wonderful, friendly & very knowledgeable. I didnt feel like she was "selling" me things I didnt need. I walked away feeling very happy with my purchase(s) while knowing the products I bought were right for me. I highly recommend Lisa!!

Popped into my favourite store in Myer Cairns Taking Shape and have to say the store looks fantastic! Thank you Bec for helping me out with a style fitting and showing me how to style my clothes not just wear them. Great clothes, tidy store, wonderful service!!

Great customer service! Shout out the team looking after the floor on Black Friday at the Christmas and homewares area. Both Chantelle and Sharee (hope I remembered those names correctly lol) could not have been more helpful. Despite the chaos of Black Friday sales, they stoped and they helped with getting a particular Christmas tree I really needed. They could have taken the easy way out and said they were out of stock - but they made the magic happen and offered the display tree! And they made the whole process seamless, great examples of customer engagement. Thanks ladies!

I came in very very sunburnt and was just browsing for perfume and one of the workers ( Annette ) was so helpful and gave me something to help with my blistering sunburn, i really appreciated her help and will be returning to Myer on many occasions ☺

The ladies at the makeup section are lovely. The only “negative” aspect of my experience was that there was no one at one of the counters and no signage to say that particular assistant was away on lunch break. Luckily another lady saw me standing there and offered to help at her counter (getting what I needed from the unattended one).
The shop is always tidy and organised.

Now downsized from two levels to just the ground floor. I visited the ladies fragrances and make-up area to find a vast range of quality products at expected price ranges. As always with Myer Stores, we'll presented counters and very friendly service staff.

After trying to purchase a product online unsuccessfully, I went in store to ask if I could have it ordered in. I was greeted by Makayla in the Men’s Department who was very understanding and explained the reasons why I was not able to order the product myself. She then called near by stores and arranged for a phone order with delivery so I could have the item shipped to my address and honoured the same sale price. Super helpful, and great customer experience 👍🏼

This visit to Myer was to obtain some shorts. The whole experience took me less than 20 minutes. The set out of the store made it really easy to find what I wanted. The staff knew exactly where and what I needed and I got a bargain, 2 pairs for the price of one. I walked out a very happy man.

the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Girl on the sunglasses section today helped me out big time with steering me in the right direction. Old mate in the shoe section was also very helpful, shop didn’t have the product i wanted but i still left the shop feeling happy thanks to those 2 members of staff

I buy makeup, cosmetics and underwear at Myer, because it's the best!

Bought my wife her favourite perfume plus bought 4 roll ons, and got a free gift pack. Cost me $235.60. Her perfume was $190, and the roll ons were $11.40 each special.
