Woolloongabba Hotel

I have been here before for a parmy and it was more than decent so it was my intention to do it again. But it was Thursday night with burgers $5 off, so I went for the Wooly burger. The food comes quickly here and it came bursting at its seams with a wire basket of fries The burger pattie was of generous size and done medium like a steak that is still a little pinkish in the middle. What set it off was a killer tomato and onion salsa, so that whole burger was the bomb. The fries were crispy but still soft and white in the centre. Wow, $10 for a primo burger mit dem fries. I'll be doing that again, to be sure.

Had the best 250gm med/rare rump steak, 10/10. I'm a really fussy eater but was amazed at the quality of the food. I would have paid double for that. Delish, get around em folks!!!!

Best burger I’ve ever had at a pub, hands down.
Friendly, quick and straightforward service. Wife also got a great and decent sized parmi.

It was amazing experience with food and drink.
Staffs were organized and attentive.
Went to greet young man in the kitchen he is really good at making parmigiana.

Best pub meal I have had in decades. Great service ( bald guy ). Good COVID cleaning straight on sanitising table when customers leave. No loud annoying music. Great menu even of the fabulous 12.95 special. Can't speak highly enoughm

Had a couple of parmis today and they were so good! Came out hot, cooked all the way through but not dry. Great friendly casual service. Will definitely be back :)

Great steaks, perfectly cooked, very good value, meals were served quickly. Also good service. Ate here a few times during holiday in Bris, quality was always consistent.

Wednesday $16 t-bone steak deal, great value for money

Here on Tuesday evening and the $10.90 menu rocks hy would you bother cooking at home.
I had pork belly and my wife the t bone ...... seriously great value and great service no screaming kids or southern bogans with tons of tatts back to front baseball caps and sunnys at 6.30 pm.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any night of the week.

Great atmosphere and music choice was great. Had a lot of fun here. Very friendly staff and service, especially Josh the bartender, who seems to use the phrase 'That's Awesome' quite liberally....

The Gabba Hotel has, without a doubt some of the best chicken parmigiana/ Schnitty I have had. Definitely some of the best in Brisbane. The chicken is the perfect texture, it tastes good, the crumb isn’t too crispy. The whole thing melts in your mouth. Huge selection of different kinds of parmy too.
If they ever change their chef or supply I’m gonna throw hands because it’s too damn good.

Top pub with good meals and beers, the daily deals are well worth checking out. People rate it low because they can't find it. Look closely at Google maps and it's EXACTLY where the pin shows it. Pretty simple.

Love their deal on Tuesday, all menu for $10.90, guessing for both lunch and dinner. This is a good place to chill and have beers.

Awesome food and awesome staff and great environment to sit with friends and have a chat and a couple of ales. Am a regular at this hotel. Never disappointed.
