We could not be happier - Tom has sold a second property for us for another record amount. The entire experience has been amazing. Tom coordinated key renovations and styling on the house to maximise the sale price. As this was for a deceased estate, I appreciated Tom’s sensitivity and consideration throughout. I've been renting in Brisbane and Sydney cbd (depending on work) for the past 20 years and sweet Jesus, I have accumulated my fare share of horror stories, adequate experiences, nice dealings and even a few moments where you felt you were dealing with a human rather than balance sheet ....but nothing compares to Grace's team at NS.

I not only found an unprecedented degree of presence and assistance , truly going the extra mile to make you feel looked after in terms of problem solving with the highest professional etiquette , but also genuine care...actual care....and that...is magic....it turns a contract into an actual home.

I just renewed my contract for the third time...and I have to say, half of the reason is because I cant see myself ever going back to deal with anyone else.

Grace is a gem. She always responds promptly, with clear direction about what we need (and don't need!) to do as tenants. She navigated a very tricky situation for us with good communication and sound advice. I felt confident throughout that she was managing the property owners' interests with our tenants' interests. Solid Service with Honesty
Listed our property with the team in July, and got a concrete offer in December, given the CBD Market in Brisbane there was not much traction. During this entire time never pressured in reducing price, to get a sale more of persistence/time approach and updates. Really appreciated the honesty throughout given some other agents were the complete opposite. Recommend to anyone who wants good service, with a proven track record in the Brisbane CBD.

North South Real Estate have been managing my unit in Fortitude Valley for two years since my wife and I moved to the burbs. Tom & Rebekah have been my contact points and at all times have been extremely professional and proficient in ensuring maximum return on my asset. Due to a change in our circumstances my wife and I decided to sell the unit this year and invest money into our new home at Carina Heights. Recent sales in the complex indicated a sales figure of $400k - $430k was likely achievable. Being a 10 year old unit competing with new stock Tom suggested a minor refurbishment including paint, carpets and new lighting throughout with a staged furniture package. We invested in his recommended marketing package and with a week of listing had four written offers presented which resulted in us selling the unit for $40,000 more than we were expecting. We cannot thank Tom and his team enough for this incredible outcome.
