VERY CLEAN, OPEN BAR 🍸 24/7. GOOD RESTAURANT. Pleasant ambiant atmosphere. Good value. Friendly service staff.

Amazing staff! Manager served us, lovely customer service even upgraded our room for us which we were thankful for, offered to help carry our things up the stairs and gave us a great discount for all the family as we are local! 10/10 rooms are great condition AC fan and all, 100% coming back here.

I would like to say the room at Ramada was very well maintained clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well to compensate the hot wheather. Staff were very helpful. This place is within walking distance to the city and shopping centers. The place was very quiet so you can have a good night sleep and there is a nice size pool to swim in. Whenever I'm in Cairns again I would be sure to return to Ramada and I would recommend this place for anyone to stay there

We really enjoyed our stay - we extended our time and the staff were really helpful when we had to move rooms. A little walk into the centre, but nothing too strenuous.

Good experience, rooms were nice and service was good. The food was also nice, I loved their yogurt with pineapple and mango.

Service was very good. Room was clean. Check out was quick. Will come back next time when go to Cairns.

Great low key hotel in heart of Cairns! Clean room and friendly staff. The beds are firm and gloriously comfy, hot pot, ceiling fan for white noise, good shower. Plantation style architecture and convenient Asian restaurant attached. Charming dipping pool and lots of great wicker furniture to relax and read in shade. If you like basic (not fancy) but relaxed and simple this hotel is a perfect fit!

The best location, it's a budget style hotel so don't expect the Hilton but the room was clean, the beds were firm, the shower really was lovely, the air conditioning and ceiling fan in the room was delightful - I liked the white noise from the fan - and breakfast was good, plus the helpful and friendly staff, and the location can't be beat! Definitely recommend.

Nice little room, cosy enough for a single night in Cairns. Spacious enough for two people. Has a bath which is a huge win and the large rain shower is amazing! Has a small kettle and fridge for cups of tea. Staff were also very lovely and helpful. Worth considering is some rooms are upstairs and may not be very disability friendly with in bath showers. However very clean and nice, would stay again.

We had a very pleasant experience. Rooms are neat and clean. Close to everything. We are pleasantly upgraded at no cost when we arrived.

We stayed at the Cairns Ramada hotel from 2nd to 6th november and were really impressed with one of your staff ... Sergio Moreano. He was so so helpful to us seniors...always a smile and was always there for us. Such a warm welcome he gave us.. that we will remember him and your hotel for life.
We had to share with you this thought and experience.

Second time my partner and I have stayed here and we will definitely stay again, very friendly staff and close proximity to everything we wanted to do and go to. Enjoyed the breakfast at the treasure court restaurant. I am happy to pay more for the other places but I enjoy supporting such a great little establishment and will definitely be back.

I love staying here, the staff are friendly, welcoming and nothing is a bother for them. The rooms are spotless and there is enough hand santiser for every guest, including at the doorway of the elevator on every floor. Well done Ramada. See you real soon :)

This hotel is located by the esplanade in the heart of town near all amenities. The staff were amazing and really looked after us. We booked all our tours through them and got a huge discount on all tours. Thanks to all the team at Ramada Cairns. Will definitely be back in the winter.

Only disappointment was the breakfast buffet next door - poor variety, only one sort of cheese and sausage. Boilt eggs only on Sundays, scrambled eggs every day. Coffee okay.

Very helpful reception staff, gave me a free upgrade to a private balcony suite on the top floor, great big TV, walking distance to every thing. Had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a good deal.

Stayed in room 126 smells damp the toilet was leaking from behind leaving a puddle on the floor. very outdated in every way for the price you pay.

Room was clean and comfortable staff were very friendly & helpful, situated close to the shops & the beach

Ramada Cairns is a gr8 place to R&R. Situated very close to Esplanade, RSL; Chinese Restaurant next door with an all you can eat Buffet Breakfast 😋 super 👌

Excellent location in the city and esplanade, clean room and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staffs at reception. I recommend to everyone. Rates was very good base in the city.
