Wonderful service. Staff (Natalie and Ashley) were terrific at getting me in quickly and Sarah was great at sorting out my hand issues. Very professional, quick and no fluffing about. Terrific knowledge that considered the person behind the hand and provided a solution to suit my situation, but gave me options along the way and clearly explained the pros and cons. While I'd rather never have to visit a hand specialist, having found myself in the situation where I needed one PDQ, glad I ended up here - top shelf.

Dr Sarah Coll is absolutely admirable. Fantastic educational resources and a wealth of knowledge. Extremely helpful and very thorough. Highly recommended and the best orthopaedic surgeon in far North Queensland.

The staff was friendly and courteous. They organised everything for my surgery so smoothly. Dr Coll was very informative and explained what was going on with the injury, and what she needed to do to rectify the problem. It was a pleasant experience in a not so good situation, Dr Coll put me at ease of any anxiety I had about the op. Looking forward to getting it all sorted.

A totally relaxed consult. No white coat syndrome felt in this office. It was as though I had just caught up with an old associate from way back. A truly relaxed professional consult followed with immediate active treatment done on the same visit with a review in 3 wks to gauge response. We could do with more Doctors like Sarah Coll in the muscular skeletal speciality of orthopaedic’s who are there to get on with the job at hand 🤚 🖐🏼 ✋.

Dr Coll was incredibly helpful, professional and above all, supportive. Dr Coll explained the intricacies of my condition, impacts and gave me options and didn’t not seek to change or influence my decision. Her enthusiasm and positivity meant that I felt happy about the choices.

My husband was very happy with the medical appointment with Dr Sarah Coll. She took the time to explain his condition and the various options open to him.

After I have been to a dozen surgeons and occupational therapist I am lucky that I have found Sarah. She finally helped me and did the necessary surgery others refused to do. She takes the time to listen to you and does try to find solutions which not always include surgery if it’s not absolutely necessary. Her team and assistant are super friendly and approachable at any time. I only can highly recommend her to anyone with broken wings.

Dr Sarah was friendly, professional, and very experienced. She immediately identified a difficult to see fracture just by looking at the X-ray and confirming it with physical examination (which the hospital half-assedly wrote off as a “sprain”). She was very thorough by referring me for MRI to confirm, and had good communication for treatment and rehab. Her staff are incredibly friendly and worked around my schedule to fit me in and had timely follow ups. Worth every cent, would highly recommend.
