I placed my 4th order with Blue Bungalow yesterday morning and they arrived today! Super fast delivery. And as always, love, love, love the dresses and top. And I have a tiny size 36 foot and find it very hard to find shoes to fit, these fit perfectly!! Thank you, thank you!

I have previously before Christmas ordered online and was happy with purchases, pricing and shipment was super fast!
Yesterday went into Eagle Farm with my mum and sister. Nearly needed a trailer to get everything home, so dare say that is a good indication of what we thought of the clothing. Pricing is very reasonable. Staff everywhere to assist and all very friendly, professional and so helpful. Lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be purchasing from you guys in the future!

What I really loved however, was the classy packaging satchel it arrived in.
When you spend $150 on a silk top, the packaging is important.

Could not be happier with my experience in store! Annie took my list and found the items I needed as I started the try on. I received helpful advice and great customer service. I now feel more confident in sizing to make some more online purchases.

I recently ordered quite a few items from BB and unfortunately had to send some back as they didn't fit/suit me.

As an overview, I placed my order Monday (week before Christmas), it was delivered on Thursday, I processed my refund on Friday and popped the items into the post (Saturday). I received an email on that same Saturday advising that the refund had been processed and there it was on my card. When it generally takes over a week to receive refunds, that really is fantastic customer service!

Ordering items and the refund process is seamless with Blue Bungalow, and I will be ordering again and again.

After purchasing some clothing online from what I thought was an Australian based company last year only to find it all came from China and was horrible quality, incorrect sizing, etc. etc. I was very hesitant to buy online again however Blue Bungalow has been a breath of fresh air and I will definitely be making more purchases from them. My order was picked and despatched within 24 hours, packaged beautifully and the dresses I bought were true to size and exactly what I'd hoped for (pocket crinkle cotton midi). I am absolutely amazed and grateful for the service that is given by this company. Not only is the delivery so prompt, but their returns are so easy to do.
I filled out a return but then saw something else I liked. I contacted the company to see if would be possible to exchange. Georgia answered almost immediately and said that would be fine. I was amazed. I sent back the returns yesterday and as the value of new product was less that the returns the value was back in my account this morning. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I have had the worst luck with Australia Post this week. My first order got lost. I contacted the lovely Tara on Facebook message . After failed attempts to track the order I was told they were sending out a duplicate order express post. The second order was delivered to the wrong address by Australia Post . Once again Tara looked into the delivery and sent out another duplicate order express post . Eventually I received all 3 orders and have sent 2 back. I have to say amazing service by BB . I love a business that solves problems ! My order of 3 dresses are amazing .....Just on line ordering some more . Thank you so much! Leanne

This is an amazing fashion shop with a huge difference. There’s lounges to sit on while your friends try on the garments. It makes the whole experience of clothes shopping so enjoyable. Linen dresses skirts and pants galore. Oh there’s also a coffee van there as well. Highly recommend it for a girls day out.

I browsed a very user friendly website shop however not being a big online shopper I went to the Brisbane shop. OMG this was the best shopping experience I've ever had. The staff were amazing and attentive. The staff have iPads to make it easy to access catalogue for options and sizes. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely make it my place to shop.
