National Dental Care, Newstead

I inadvertently gave a one star rating for my dental treatment by mistake (please accept my apology for this). I actually meant to give 5 stars for the excellent service I have received. My dentist discussed my dental issues and I am very confident that Dr Matt will work with me to gain a positive outcome.

I can wholeheartedly recommend National Dental Care Newstead, Dr Matt is absolutely amazing he is kind, caring and meticulous in his work, I totally trust him, he has done an amazing job on my dental work! All
the staff are friendly and extremely professional from Grace the receptionist to Becky the practice manager and all the dental hygienist , they always make me feel safe and welcome. Let’s face it no one likes going to the Dentist but all the staff at National Dental Care really do look after you and do an exemplary service and make the experience as pleasant as possible …… I give them 5+ stars 🌟

Really impressed with this dentist!

I've struggled to find a dentist that is right for me since moving from Sydney to Brisbane (I honestly think I had the best dentist in Australia in Sydney). I had a minor dental emergency and was able to book a Sunday appointment and Damian was really so professional and great. Good at making me feel at ease and easily resolved my issue without any fuss. Also he was nice to chat to, which put me at ease. Definitely will be making this dentist my permanent dentist now!

I had a dental appointment today and I barely even felt the needle with Dr Mayra Salvati. One of the best numbing experiences I have had!

Great friendly service at every visit. My dentist is always calm and reassuring, making it a stress-free experience.

All round good experience, my dentist, Matt, is very thorough with a gentle touch. He explains everything that he is doing and everything that needs to be done in the future very clearly. Even the payment at the end doesn't feel too painful!

They were really friendly explained everything and fixed my tooth without me having to go to a specialist which is what my previous dentist suggested

Great practice with good dentists. I've had different ones each time I've visited but all have been professional and capable. On time appointments and work within your budget.

Recently had some work done by Dr Mayra, and it was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had at a dentist. I was so relaxed I fell asleep (no gas needed), and that's never happened to me when laying in the dentist's chair! A very caring and thoughtful dentist.

This was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. On my first visit I dealt with Dr Bree and she was so lovely and welcoming. She explained everything perfectly and was upfront with how much the procedure would cost and what was involved. On my second visit I dealt with Dr Nish and he made sure that I was extremely comfortable throughout the whole procedure. It was absolutely painless and was over before I knew it. Both dentists were extremely personable and knowledgeable and at no point did I feel like I was just there to get my teeth drilled, I had a great chat to both of them and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their next dentist visit to be quick and painless!

I attended National Dental Care with wisdom teeth pain and extraction. Easily accessible location and a nice modern clinic with a designated and fun-looking children's space. Upon arrival, staff were welcoming and friendly. I arrived early and the Dentist was able to take me through sooner than my appointment which settled a lot of nerves. I was booked in with Dr Kieran who had a fantastic bedside manner, explained the whole procedure to me in a way I could understand, and completed the extraction quick and pain free. A great experience at National Dental Care - would highly recommend!

The service and expertise I have received from the team here have been nothing but phenomenal. I have had extensive problems with dentists over the years and Dr Kieran McNamara and the other team members has been kind and thoughtful and above all else professional. Very grateful for their care and attentiveness to my needs. Thank you.

Dr Ala Michalewska and the entire team have been excellent.

I went to dentist for first time in 3 years today.... I was impressed from start to finish with service level. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and professional and the practice was impeccably presented. Zoe made me feel comfortable and explained what she was doing at every step and Dr Kieran was able to outline the options regarding my specific dental concern. Lauren at the front of house was able to close the deal and I got a sense the team at National Dental actually cared. Well done, I’ll be sending my kids next time!

Dr Matt is very gentle and thorough, lovely personality and caring. The office staff have a warm and welcoming attitude. A very efficient Dentist to be associated with.

I've been around the world, lived in many different places and I check my teeth regularly (of course).
The expertise I got from Dr. Matthew Pagliano at this clinic in Brisbane was outstanding. He explained everything he did and told me information about my teeth that I didn't know in a very informative and honest way. Friendly, clean and professional clinic. Professional dental nurses and receptionist. Highly recommended! 👍🏼

Came here for a routine clean as a new patient. Dr McNamara was really easy going and all the staff I came across were very helpful and friendly. The office is nice and modern and the treatment I had done was great. Because I was so impressed I already booked in my next check-up in 6 months time....even got a little goodie bag when I left!

Went for a full check-up/cleaning today with Dr McNamara. He and his assistant were really professional and friendly. They've got the latest equipments and even a TV on the ceiling to make sure you don't focus too much on what is going on (kids must love this!). It is a really clean and tidy place with friendly and helpful staff. + you don't have to worry about the parking, Gasworks is at walking distance with 2hrs free car park!

I highly recommand this place and won't go anywhere else!

My girls and I have been going to national dental care for over 5 years now . The team at national dental have always made us feel so welcome and always go above and beyond .
