We had such a fantastic experience with Dr Natalie and her staff during our first pregnancy that we had absolutely no hesitation returning for baby number 2. Nothing was too much trouble for them, we have been supported throughout the process and Dr Nat was honest with her advice and really listened to us and took her time to explain everything. She was professional and gentle during physical examinations, and her rooms are lovely and clean. Having ultrasounds performed by Dr Nat on site, and being supported by a wonderfully caring midwife and admin team made the whole experience very positive. Their follow up care was excellent, and I would have no hesitation recommending Dr Natalie and her team.

The best team in Cairns! From our first appointment we both knew we made the right decision to go through this journey with Nat, Jill and Alisha. This being our first child, we were entering the unknown and everyone made us feel comfortable knowing we had the best team for this life changing experience.

We were taken back by how amazing Nat was during the labor. She didn't stopping working for us and made the amazing, breath-taking. Words can no describe how impressed we were with Nat personally, professionally, how calm yet ability to react quickly and take charge. Nat's words of wisdom, encouragement and care during the birth of our first child made all the difference.

Natalie is fantastic. She looked after us really well 4 years ago

shocking.. 11am I dropped my wife at the Cairns private the procedure a simple one supposedly the removal of a single polyp from the uterus diden't start until 4 pm and she was finally released at 7pm after I went searching for a nurse in the recovery room.
My wife has not been the same since with severe headaches, disorientation and dizziness. She was in perfect health before that and now we are having to spend most of our days attending hospitals and doctors.
Dr Natalie Kiesey-Calding dosen't have any concern for her patients well being as we were fobbed of all this week by her office nor did she have the courtesy to even speak with my wife.. seems like a money grab.. payment prior... sign a waiver .. then see you later. Its not over yet.

We had a very bad experience with this doctor who is insensitive and unprofessional. She has a very interesting way of dealing with her clients; she does not accept phone calls. I would never recommend her to anyone.
