John opened my business bank account today - I was a walk-in customer and he completed the task quickly and kindly. Thanks John!

Had the loveliest customer service experience this morning at front desk and then with Sarah. They were helpful, to the point and I basically walked in and out all ready for my holiday overseas!

Great experience with this bank. Erika was extremely helpful. Tought me a lot of in depth things about my internet banking and a few little ways I can save money here and there. Will definitely be back to this branch. Thanks again Erika.

Nice place compared to the one in pacific fair sometimes there are big lines but there mostly pretty quick I haven’t been there often but all the staff I’ve worked with was very nice and helpful this don’t apply to everyone as I haven’t been served by them all obviously no one would but overall very good only reason it’s 4 stars hard to park on most days and long lines not for atms

John Crossland gave the most horrid customer service. I took a client of mine who is in his 90s and a long term customer of Commonwealth in to roll over his term deposit. I have no authorisation on my clients accounts I was merely there to assist him with walking and transport. After a 30mins waiting in line we arrived to John who stood there with a smug look on his face he glared at me, then my client and me again. I pointed to my client and advised that it was him who was the customer today. John in a rude tone replied I’m waiting for someone to say something. No greeting of “how could I help you today” or “Hi how are you”. I was in shock as to how someone of such maturity could have no respect not only towards their customers but people in general.

If your expecting service or service with a smile forget it. Appears they are running half staffed. Not a smile to be seen from overworked staff nor disgruntled customers. Not a sign to be seen as to where you should be heading if its non teller help you were seeking. I thought I was standing next in line to an employee with a customer for half an hour thinking she must be the help staff but when she finally finished with customer she took another customer that come in 15 minutes after me and off to an office with not even a glance at me.
Commbank states their $27.2 billion profit comes through continued focus on customers. Obviously haven't been to CBA Mermaid Waters at Qcentre

Terrible customer service. Every time that I need to go there I wait at least 30 min. In the line. The atendant was so rude and wasn't capable to answer a simply yes or no question.

Can’t believe you need to make an appointment to make an account to deposit large amount of cash. Teller told us he had an appointment in 10minutes so couldn’t help. Crazy times. Off to BOQ with our cash 🤬

Honestly some horrid customer service from the older man who I’d presume is some sort of middle management. Truly avoid this branch and this man if possible.
