I have been a patient of Dr Gary Hartrick since late 1980's, I have found him to be a doctor that really cares about his patients.

Great doctors & staff

This is a good family medical centre, I am happy with this newly found practise. They are obliging and you get to have an appt when needed.The waiting room is bright and light and most importantly, they keep timeframes, receptionist Michelle is very thorough and I have only praise for Dr Keating 's professionalism!

Wonderful warm caring staff, hats of to the front ladies in reception Cheryl, Alicìa and Roberta they deal with some stuff regularly. Compassionate and professional. Dr Sean Sullivan was refreshing and actually listened who knew 😂 he was kind e courteous e professional. Liked that the practise is bulk billed for concession card holders liked the new cushions much more comfortable than hard white seats. Dr Serena Keating no nonsense but cares. Nice idea for phone chargers to charge up your phones down side was you had every charger except Samsung.

One of my young relatives went here to get servere acne looked at. The female doctor on hand was very casual and not serious in the slightest. However what I am most upset about was the fact that this doctor casually joked that "youth suicide" was a side affect of the chemical medication and that "you don't look suicidal do you?". Utterly ashamed of this place!

Appalling practice,

It used to be an ethical medical centre previously,

l was recently in a near death vehicle accident and hoping to obtain my previous mental health plan which they are withholding in order for me to obtain therapy, as l’m suffering from Ptsd symptoms. Couldn’t care less.
Absolute greed at the end of the day and zero compassion for patients. It’s now primarily all about profit.
I’ve put in a formal complaint to the medical board and Medicare.
Seek a reputable practice that exhibits common decency and empathy and a duty of care elsewhere.

Poor service, they canceled my appointment, which they only told me about when I arrived at the centre. They would do nothing to try fit me in (which they said they had done for other patients that day ) and were quite rude about it.

EDIT for Stores response - Unfortunately more evidence of poor customer service, just blame the customer and take no responsibility !! You had an old number on your system from many years ago and didn't make the effort to look at the info on HOTDOC where I booked the appointment through and didn't try any other options. The correct phone number was on Hotdoc, where I booked the appointment through.
