Went here to ask if we could get a bar stool and browsing the beds.

We were greeted and shown the beds. The staff were very kind and you could see that they were in a happy mood.

The signs outside the store and put up in a big bold font which attracts the eye so it’s not hard to miss.

The furniture that is on display is very good quality as we have bought a couch from there it is very high quality and really comfy and just the right size. The shop was also kept very nice and tidy.

There is even a electronics section to add on to an already amazing store. It has anything you need from TV’s to toaster to vacuums. It really has any electronic item.

All over very good clean store and a good variety between them. 100% recommend for any furniture shopping. 👍😊

I highly recommend KAYLA in Sales Dep., at the Portsmith store. EXCELLENT service! Takes time to explain and answer all of your questions on products etc. I.T. Staff were also very informative and helpful. I bought a laptop, mobile phone, headphones and more. I will continue to shop here.

Today at Harvey Norman we purchased 3 items.
Mattress - the lady name Cynthia was very good , respectfully introduced us to the good quality mattress and affordable.
TV- Richard, very nice and easyly process our request. He's very professional and respectful as well.
Fridge - we chose Chiq new brand and affordable to us. The guy who assist us very nice.. happy smiling face. A
To sum up our day - your staff really made our day as customer and we definitely will come again for our next purchase.

This is my first ever review ever, I felt the need to give a shout-out and give 5 stars to Jack in the electrical section at harvey Norman Cairns. I've shoped there for many years now and my house has so many great products brought from there. Our new addition was our Samsung TV, Jack was really passionate about his job he was really patient and understanding with us in choosing as it's not every day we buy a big screen TV. Jack, truly, thank you for your help with this, all the great knowledge you gave us. You went way above and beyond to help us in choosing the right tv and sound system, and yes, we really Love our new TV and sound system so much. Also want to give a shout out to the computer department, we just made a great sale purchase on our newest addition a gaming tower, though had a small minor miscommunication issue but was sorted in a Instant and for that we are also extremely impressed with the customer service from Tatiana. If you need anything for your house we truly recommend going to see the team there at Harvey Norman Cairns.

I visited the Cairns store after being issued with a store credit by the warranty company for a faulty clothes dryer. Joe, in White goods, sorted it out for me with a patient, cheerful, no fuss, attitude. I’m elderly and it’s such a pleasure to be served by a respectful and helpful young man. I‘d definitely seek him out to help me with any future purchases. He provided me with the best customer service I’ve had in quite awhile..

Beat Good Guys on same item with delivery! Every bit helps. Delivery lads did well getting into my little unit too.

Jack in TV and electronics is simply superb. Huge store and has everything. Love this place.

The customer service we received from Cayla at this store was unbelievable. She went above and beyond our expectations. She helped with our home security needs as well as handed us over to Rowell who finalised our purchase who himself was a pleasure to work with. Cayla is an incredible team player as well as a great representative for the Harvey Norman brand.

I do like this store. Decent range of furniture and electronics to deplete the bank balance and bulge the credit card limits.

This morning we were assisted by a really nice and very helpful man who helped choose the the right appliances for us, for our kitchen renovation. We then found out from another nice staff member just before we left that the man that helped us was the franchisee.
