Boardwalk Social exceeded my expectations with its good service and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were attentive, and both the food and drinks arrived promptly. Not only was the service efficient, but the food was also incredibly delicious. The venue was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Boardwalk Social for anyone looking for a great dining experience.

I enjoyed the views and the food. I had walked up and down the Esplanade searching for something to suit my mood. The live sports on the tele’s caught my eye and the friendly service at the bar reassured me. The place is huge and the tables were only sparsely occupied, I‘m not sure if that was a good sign. Nonetheless, I drank my Little Dragon Ginger Beer (my favourite, and seemingly only available in Cairns). That put me in a good state of mind and when the steak sandwich arrived it topped the experience off perfectly. Deliciously tender steak, in a Turkish bun that was easy it eat, bacon (need I say more) and the caramelised onion chutney all worked together sensationally. The walk back to the car in the warm Cairns air with the sun setting helped cap off the experience.

It was a great experienced for a first timer like me to enjoy and dine here! The staffs were so kind and approachable. It has a great band that you can vibe with and most especially the food was really great! I love the pizza , it's so tasty 😋! Surely be back here!!

Boardwalk social had a happening vibe tonight, it was a lovely temperature to eat on the front, the pizza and fish and chips were amazing and the staff were so pleasant and helpful... Definitely worth a visit.

Everything was top notch! Drinks were delicious, food was amazing and the attentive service was spot on!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Service and food was 🤌 amazing. The menu is little and the music was very loud (but very good) so we couldn't talk without yelling... but if you want a jug of cocktail and to listen to good music it's a great atmosphere.

Boardwalk Social's open space in front of the hotel is fantastic. For food and drinks, you pay at the bar counter, and the portions are generous. The casual atmosphere won me over. I'll be back when I revisit Cairns.

Music and munchies – a winning combination! The live music here creates a fantastic atmosphere. Loved the soft shell crab salad - it was divine.

Visited on Friday night. Lady taking orders on the till was lovely. Got a pizza, was delicious & a big serving for a great price. Live music was fantastic. Would recommend.

We went here on a Friday night as couldn't get in anywhere else without waiting for a table. Wanted a French martini but was told by the barman that he was terrible at making martini's (so basically wasn't doing it) had 2 pina coladas instead which were delicious to be fair. We ordered the barramundi tacos, pear and artichoke salad and a tropical pizza all to share, which all was delicious. Real gem of a find.

Chilled and enjoyable. The harvest salad is fresh and crisp, and the live music makes it a perfect spot for a lazy Sunday and I also missing the Seafood Cevinche, I used to love it but the staft keep said they out of order.

As a local, I keep coming back for the forest meat pizza. The flavors are unbeatable. It's a place that makes me proud to call Cairns home.

Our Cairns getaway was made perfect at Boardwalk Social. We enjoyed a delightful Sunday breakfast with a view.love ..... The food and coffee were exceptional.

I recently tried some fish tacos that blew me away. The fish was perfectly seasoned and crispy, with fresh toppings that created a flavour explosion. You must try these tacos – they're simply outstanding.

Battered fish and chips – a classic and satisfying duo! The crispy, golden batter perfectly complements the tender fish, while the fries are just the right amount of crispy and salty. It's comfort food at its finest.
