Our carpets had not been cleaned in over ten years. The booking price chess was simple and Darren arrived on time. Darren was engaging and yet efficient and task focused. I described stains on the carpets for him to see if he could remove them. He was able to get the stains out and the carpets look really really good. They have come up better that I thought they would. Cost absolutely reasonable. Highly recommended.
