A delight to do business with. Helpful, friendly staff. We had to cancel a booking due to cyclone, then rebook again. Refund and rebooking no trouble at all. Car was great. Quick and easy process. Will use again when in Cairns.

We have used Cruising Car Rental 3 times now for our family when in Cairns and Port Douglas.
They have always been amazing, Quality clean and safe vehicles, fantastic price and service . The team are great to deal with even when we have had hiccups along the way.

We hired the convertible four door jeep wrangler for 3 days whilst up in Cairns. Cruising Car rentals picked us up from our hotel to organise collection and dropped us back upon drop off. We asked to extend the car rental and this was made extremely easy. Highly recommend this local business for car hire. Very professional and easy to deal with.

Hired a great little car from cruising. Was unsure at first as rung from Cairns airport on arrival and a transfer was unavailable. But a they came and collected me so me to arrange the paperwork so I wasn’t too fussed. Car was clean and a good little run around, perfect for what we needed. Returned back to airport too which was really helpful. A mistake was made in a small fee that was deducted from my card on returning the car but spoke with them on the phone and this was fixed up straight away.
Would definitely use them again.
There is a reason why they are so busy as they are brilliant.

We had an excellent experience with Cruising Car Rental in Cairns. Rented a car for almost two weeks to explore the area with Trinity Beach as our home base. Car was lovely, zero issues and the CarPlay app was a fantastic bonus. Shuttle service to and from the airport was very helpful as was an early car return. Wonderful service and would definitely use them again!!!

The lady at counter was really helpful and understanding. They also provide $5 shuttle service to the airport. Highly recommended!!

They picked us up from the hotel, and they picked up the car from our hotel since we had to catch a morning flight 🙂

When picking up super friendly man helping me explained the insurance to me (I had selected wrong in the website) to ensure I had the right insurance with the lowest excess.
Car was nice and clean and ran really well.
Super easy to drop back also.
