Rachael H, I concur with your opinion in relation to the receptionist's abysmal customer service. Her attitude and abruptness do nothing to enhance the corporate image.
That said, I cannot commend more highly the professionalism, attention to detail and understanding shown by the Human Resources Manager, "L". Further, subsequent discussions with the General Manager, Bianca, allayed any concerns I had about how the business oversees its franchised stores and their adherence to the Chempro Chemist business model.
In all, I am opined to the view that my issue will now be fully investigated and any issues addressed in-house with the store owner and without the need to involve external agencies.
The above star rating is conditioned by my initial interactions with reception. In any other circumstance the star rating would be 4.5

Sophia the receptionist at head office is incredibly dismissive. She will interrupt you. She did not let me finish one sentence. All I was trying to get across was a safety concern about one of their employees. I was calling up to let them know about a OH& S hazard in one of their chemist. You would think they would care about their employees safety.
