Woodward St Bakery Cafe

What a wonderful place! Loved coming here in our way to explore Cairns. The people here are very kind- we were helped by a very humble and kind cashier from India and got to enjoy loads of delicious pastries. Recommend the almond cross, Portuguese custard tart and the rhubarb danish! Worth the stop.

Coffee for the Saturday soccer run! Nicest bakery in edge hill. Worth the trip down the road. Indoor aircon and outdoor seating. Wheelchair and pram access. Covid safe Qld check in.

Great coffee, lamington was good. Last week's almond croissant was perfect - crunchy on the outside, soft almond paste in the middle.
Service was prompt. There was only one other table when we arrived. However, others were collecting takeaway and more came and went while we were here.

Great little bakery in suburbia! Excellent range of bakery treats and good range of breads. The breads sell out early though.

Great coffee and fabulous croissants and bread. Lovely people, new owners who are very helpful and friendly. Great air-conditioning, plenty of seating and parking. Highly recommended.

I attended coffee here with some friends, friendly customer service and very nice coffee.

The pastries here are sensational... equal to the best from anywhere. They are worth the drive to pick some up. Perfect puff pastry- light and flaky. Really,!! Oh so good! Nice espresso drinks also. You can eat inside or at the tables outside. Easy street parking.

My morning coffee haunt, coffee is great and the milk drinks are served at a nice temperature with smooth milk.

They do nice crossiants too and decent toasted sandwiches which are sized according to the higher price.

This cafe has the best coffee and treats…you will not find a cinnamon bun so delicious anywhere in Oz… all made in-house you could eat your way through everything delicious..Portuguese tarts, fruit danish, spinach and feta scrolls, croissants, sausage rolls…and more…all to die for….

Had the bacon eggs breakfast. One of the best sourdough breads I have eaten. Very tasty & food not oily. I've had the pancakes before & they were great to. One of my favourite bakeries

I come here at least once a week. The new owners have made this place even better! Pastries are not too sweet, just perfect. Sourdough is delicious in taste and texture.
