Cairns Central Plaza

The room was very well equipped and hotel in a great location but the room itself let you down. The curtains were all stained in both bedroom and lounge room the wall into the bedroom has a big dirty mark on it, and as for bathroom the glass shower screen in to small but you do have great water pressure. The doors to the laundry area have damage and the room has a funky smell but that could just be because of wet season.

Tidy and modern. Was happy to see an actual kitchenette in the room (kitchen sink, toaster and microwave) as opposed to just a tea and coffee station.

I love staying at the motel very friendly staffs and helpful. I would recommend when in Cairns to stay overnight or on holidays.♥

Really enjoyed our stay there as it was a handy walk to everything. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the car parking - very tight, lucky we had a small car. The sofa was very uncomfortable also and was well overdue for a replacement. Overall great value and reception staff were very friendly.

Nice shopping centre. Very close to the town. Good for people who are holidaying in the Cairns city. They have a Coles & Woolworth supermarket. Nice clothes shops & shoe shop & other shops in the shopping centre. They have some nice cafes where you can go get a nice cup of coffee. The food court place has different food shops & the shops that serve food serve nice food. There is a variety of food shops to choose from. There is a cinema in the shopping centre

Great location. Full kitchen and laundry in the 1 bedroom apartment. Roof top pool has a good view. And most of the time had the pool to myself (winning) Very cheap especially as we basically only showered and slept in the room. Quick walk to all the pubs, restaurants and esplanade. Hotel also offers free secure parking which is great 👍

Outstanding service by Andy at the front desk. Gave me directions from another hotel nearby with a very similar name and even met me at the parking entrance to swipe me in as there was not any parking available outside. Very friendly staff. Rooms were good for the price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at Cairns Central Plaza Apartments. They were close to everything that we needed. Shopping, cafes, pubs, not far from the Esplanade and the railway station. The rooms were spotless and we had plenty of room to move. There is a need for more chairs in the foyer. The only negative was that there was an issue with the electronic room key. Not sure what happened there, maybe the keys on our floor weren't programmed correctly.

Good location, near pro dive centre, train station and not far from the sea front.

It’s a nice place to stay. Big rooms, clean. Beautiful view. Close to the shopping Centre, to CBD. Five minutes walking to the beach. Pool and spa was nice. The staff were very friendly. I would stay here again

The accommodation served us well. The apartment was tastefully decorated and very clean. The location was great as was the service. A very enjoyable stay, can't fault a thing!

Only down side was the pool being closed for repairs and the parking spaces are way to small.

It’s a nice place to stay very close to the CBD. The staff were very friendly. It’s nothing fancy but very worth the cost in my opinion. I would stay here again. Pool was nice and a great view if you are on a high level. I like you can walk across the road to the shopping centre for all your food you need.

This was a last minute accommodation after being disappointed elsewhere and we could not have been happier. The facilities were excellent and very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

The nicest staff that I have ever dealt with. The room we booked for 5 nights was the executive studio with kitchenette, but when we got up to our room it was small with only a mini fridge and microwave. We called reception and asked whether we could get the one bedroom apartment with the kitchen to which they immediately upgraded us (for a price). The place was much bigger and the kitchen fully equipped. It's been a great place to stay and would definitely recommend a stay here! I cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay great!

While it’s not on the waterfront, it is very central to everything and the views are great, from sea to hills to the city hum. The best part about the place are the managers, Don and Julie. Remarkable service, they will do anything to help. Wonderful people.

Right in the heart of the city with walking distance to restaurants and shopping including a fruit and vegetable market-this gem offers comfort and more importantly it’s reasonably priced! Booking at last minute was a life saver! This is my new go-to accommodation from now on when I visit Cairns again. Thank you to the friendly staff that looked after us.

Very handy across Cairns Central Shopping Centre. We boked Studio room. It contain kitchenette, which made us comfortable stay. The roan was plenty space. Lift & onsite parking was very secure. Thank you !

Booking was friendly. Don was very helpful . Additional requests duing the stay were no issie and attending to quickly. Location was excellent. Unit size was fantasti for a family

Standard apartments. Not cleaned very well but places like that are usually done as quick as possible by staff that don't really care. The actual owners or hotel staff were friendly and helpful. For the money it was ok. 4 seemed unfair so I went with 5.
