Koala Court Holiday Apartments

This is a must stay holiday resort.
My family and I stayed at Koala courts for a span of 3 weeks and we had a lovely time. The hosts are very accommodating, friendly and caring people. They keep the rooms and outer areas very clean. I would 100% recommend Koala courts to anyone coming to Cairns. The hosts make you feel right at home.

Brilliant accommodation in 3 bedroom apartment. Spacious and clean with plenty of aircon in each room. Managers were above and beyond helpful. We were even able to park our large car and boat in the grounds. Had to cancel due to cyclone and then re-book. None of that was a problem for them. We even stayed an extra night. Will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay here! We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. So handy having a kitchen and washer and dryer in the room! Easy walk to the city center and shops nearby. Pool area nice with sun loungers and gets the sun most of the day, great for sunbathing! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely time at the koala court holiday appartments. The team went above and beyond with making us feel at home. When a toy was misplaced they went above and beyond to get it back to us and when a child had a spew in our car they had all the products to help me get it out of the carpet saving me a fortune. The rooms were really spacious which is so nice for a family of 5. Thanks for an amazing stay we will be back.

the kitchen was big and cleaned.
we didn’t have a car, John ( owner) offered his van for us to use. Great location everything within walking distance

We had a lovely stay at koala court. John and Noutekh were communicative and made our late check-in/checkouts a breeze. Apartments were lovely and had everything we could need. Nice little pool and location was only a ~20 min walk to CBD or quick cheap ride. Thanks!

We have travelled extensively both in Australia and America but have never come across anyone like John (the owner) before. He went above and beyond our expectations. He offered his van for our use and did our tour booking without hesitation. Our room was clean and comfortable. A very well priced apartment, we stayed 7 days. Thank you John.

The welcoming and flexible hosts were kind enough to hold our suitcases between stays while we did a diving cruise. The rooms were exactly as described and the location is central.

Let me start by describing how nice, clean & tidy the place is.
We arrived very late (around 12am), checking in was a breeze.
The hosts were very friendly, they went beyond what you would normally expect, and I have travelled a lot home & abroad...
We faced a hurdle on the 2nd day and were in a pickle when John noticed what was happening & without any hesitation, he went out of his way to give us a hand.
He literally drove us to our destination using his personal car.
At that point we have never met John earlier nor did we ask for his help, he simply realised what was going on & jumped to the rescue.
John, if it wasn't for your kindness, my brother would have missed his 3-day offshore scuba diving trip. Thank you very much 😊

All I can say is WOW! First time traveler, decided to check this place out for their competitive rates and sizable rooms. Both of the hosts were amazing, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Rooms are more than adequately sized with a nice quiet ambiance. The hosts were also a great help in both advising the best touristic attractions to take, and provided help with booking on certain dates. Don't hesitate to book this place, will not disappoint.

What a gem. It's in a quieter part of town and the rooms are really big. Managers are friendly and helpful and the cost made it good value. Pool area was also big with a well equiped bbq that made it a great place to hang out with kids.

A big and very confortable place. Andy and his wife were amazing hosts at the Koala Court Holiday Apartaments. Andy was a kiwi gentleman, helped us choosing tours, helped with transport and he always reminded us to relax and have a great time.
