Commonwealth Bank Ashmore Branch

Popped in for a travel card and was seen to in 5 mins and had the card in 10 mins found the staff both friendly and efficient given how busy it can get at this small branch. Toni was great behind the desk and was able to answer all my questions

Toni is an amazing staff. I watched the way she served others as well as myself, and she put genuine efforts into her work. Well ... I would also say, the team there is just awesome; helpful and professional. I had 2 recent visits over the past couple of months and they both were great.

Credit to the managers and business bankers. Best way to go for business. Extremely happy with service and direct contacts with out banker. Wouldn’t change anything. Very happy. And highly recommend.

Laura I think that's how you spell her name is an absolutely lovely staff member and very helpful if your having a bad day ask for her she will make it better

nice staff, but not a fan of the bank as a whole

Always a long wait here and can't even swap a handful of coins for cash for a medium sized business. Really giving us a reason to use judo bank as that's what we've been considering for a while anyway.

Rude staff.
Been calling the representatives who adviced to visit the bank and talk in person. When I got there. The lady there wouldn’t even listen to the issue. I don’t know if it was a matter of not being Australian? It wasn’t busy but I was cut off. Lost $300 of hard earned money as a student cause of the banks mistake which I was told will be solved but 6 months later was not. I
changed my bank after this experience.
Maybe use the $300 for staff training on how to treat clients.

Last week I went in for a bank card deposit at the ATM. I didn't know what happened my card stucked inside the machine it couldn't come out.
There was an over 40 year old Asian apperance customer service staff standing at the front. She was doing nothing at that time.
I let her know there are something wrong with the machine that my card is inside it.
She shouted at me said:" I only have one brain I can't do two things. "

Jayne from "Ashmore" branch is untruthful saying she has done something when she clearly hasn't done anything this was a 5 star review. But now changed because she is a lying human.

Definately not enough staff. Excessively long wait times. The business needs to pay more to attract more staff to provide the service they promise.
