I went to this beautiful salon today as a new client. I’m a hairdresser from another state and just moved to the area.
Naturally nervous to get my hair done.
I had the most amazing experience from the start. Not only was my hair fantastic but the service was perfect.
The girls were very experienced and I felt very relaxed and comfortable.
As a hairdresser myself not only do I love a good style but the little things count for me and the girls definitely deliver.
5 stars for me I’m very happy x

Recommended by a friend who's been going to reds for years, very happy with my first cut there with Caitlin. It's a lovely place, with good coffee, beautiful decor, friendly staff, and most importantly I'm very happy with the end result. It's hard to find a stylist you can trust and mesh with, and I'm happy to say I have.

Returned to see Emily and Paige for a balayage and cut, and couldn't be happier. I had no idea what I wanted and Emily created something perfect. No more googling images of what I might like, I'll just use my after photos from this week

After visiting many salons in Cairns I have finally found my long term salon. The team are so knowledgeable and the results speak for themselves. My stylist Emily has given me my best blonde in 10 years! Xx 100% recommend.

Blondes TAKE NOTE. Best Hairdressers in Cairns by far. Tried so many hairdressers ( including blonde specialists) and have never been happy. Ended up going to exclusive hairdressers in Melbourne (there for funeral) to fix my color and they recommended Reds. Have never looked back. Lisa the owner is very well Respected. Reds staff use wella products and all staff are trained regularly with new trends and products. Caitlin, my hairdresser and senior stylist is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and trains the apprentices with respect and patience. I cannot recommend this salon enough.

Caitlyn does the most wonderful hair colouring and hairstyling I have ever experienced. I always walk out of the salon so happy with the colour and style. Love the atmosphere of the salon always well looked after.

Second time I went and I loved it again. Kylie at first and then Emily were both amazing and did great job. I have bought even recommended product by Emily that I'm so satisfied with!

Emily did an amazing job with my blonde foils, creative toner, style cut and curls. I’m in love with the result. Enjoyed a delicious latte and charcuterie platter while waiting for the foils. Beautiful clean salon and lovely stylists. Xx

Kelly is a fantastic hairdresser - absolutely love my cut/colour. The other girls working were also lovely and great to have a chat with. The salon is clean and modern. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Lisa and her team always make sure my family looks their best. They are always so patient and kind to my little boy who gets a bit worried getting his haircut, they also make my husband look like Hugh Jackman! I always leave the salon with incredible highlights and time after time they still give me the best styling cut for my annoyingly long, thick hair. Can't recommend enough!

I love the Reds experience! The team are professional and fun and the salon is sleek and spotless. The most important part: they do great hair. I'm a blonde who is very fussy but these stylists always send me off looking and feeling fabulous.

Relaxing and premium from the moment you walk in the door. Beautiful high-end salon but not pretentious. All the staff are professional, friendly and super talented. Gemma is my go-to for natural blonde and a low maintenance cut that looks great and styles easily. I will return again and again.

Wow I’ve been going to Reds for years and have never had a bad experience. I would strongly recommend everyone going there, the staff are always friendly and polite, the music isn’t pounding away and they always try to fit in with my last minute appointments!! I honestly can’t say a bad thing about them.

Jemma is an exceptional stylist with flare & passion for her craft, she is attentive & caring in every small detail making sure that your hair is cut, coloured & styled to its optimum best, she genuinely cares for her clients & gives expert advice & outstanding service
