Vines at Limberlost

I had breakfast at Vines a couple of weeks ago, the food was the best breakfast I’ve had in Cairns. My mum is coeliac and they were very helpful. We also had a slice of the coconut pineapple passion fruit cake which was delicious. Highly recommend

The food is a little pricey for what it is & the menu could be more diverse but overall most of our group were happy. The service was ok but what we really enjoyed was the atmosphere.

It's a lovely cafe, lots of seating, some inside, on the balcony and outside in the garden. They have a lovely little gift shop inside too, and then after u can walk around the gardens and buy plants or garden ornaments.
The food is so tasty and fresh. Very popular spot to enjoy by yourself, or with friends.

Lovely cafe with friendly staff! I'm lactose intolerant & I had an amazingly wonderful staff member who went over & above to accommodate (unfortunately I didn't get her name, but a big Thanks!!) I didn't end up feeling sick post morning tea as a result of her!

CAFE for BREAKFAST, BRUNCH LUNCH boasting home made cakes like belt seasonal menu( and staff who smile 😊 and get the food out as fast as cairns time allows! Come enjoy all the normal coffee teas and exquisite pottery and sweet gifts shop. 🪴PLANTS and garden centre to browse through- extensive range and clearly experienced staff.
The outdoor areas are so beautiful they’ve put so much work into the area making it beautiful.
You feel like you’re sitting in a sweet aunts garden. Among big trees, pants for sale and decor like outdoor chandeliers the fairy garden is pretty to see with kids and menu catering to both gf and df alike.
So pleased to give this place a 5 star ⭐ rating. You’ve outdone your little garden centre. Perfect spot. Our large ladies group had a fabulous time! We will be back 😊🤩

Great cafe, with a good choice of foods, overlooking the nursery. Don't leave without wandering through the beautiful plants and garden ornaments. Definitely worth a visit and best to book as they get very busy.

Limberlost is a beautiful nursery in the Cairns suburb of Freshwater. 'Vines' Cafe is located amongst it's lush gardens. You can dine inside or sit outside and enjoy all the beautiful greenery. The menu is full of fresh healthy options and if you're wanting something sweet there are many delicious cakes on display. A nice place to catch up with friends.

Great food in a beautiful setting with lovely staff.

I visit this place all the time to destress with my mother. The food is always magnificent, most notably the three milk cake, the red Thai curry and the gnocchi. The outside seating is breezy and has shaded areas with an excellent atmosphere. The staff are always wonderful and I get most of my plants from the attached nursery. They also have a cute little gift shop inside the cafe that always has some really cute finds!

Beautiful cafe setting inside Limberlost nursery. There's a small air-conditioned indoor dining area, or the outdoor deck and two other outdoor garden settings. Plenty of shade if you're outside. The menu is varied, with great coffee and friendly service.

Our fortnightly Friday morning coffee group have a lunch, including our partners, several times a year. On Friday 31st March the lunch was held at Limberlost. There were 30 of us in total. The food was excellent and so was the service. Add to that the beautiful surroundings to make it an even more memorable event. Highly recommended.

Everything at the restaurant was delicious! Lovely atmosphere, both in the restaurant and the general nursery. One day when we visited they had live flute music - absolutely charming!
