I would like to say a big thank you to each and everyone of you for all your hard work, dedication and time to be able to work on my car and get it back to driving where it it should be

Could not thank you guys enough for all the hard work that you did and also keeping the car for that little extra longer so I had plenty of time to pay it off

I tell you what I would not go anywhere else in the bay for anyone else to work on your car except Harvey Bay mechanical they know what they are doing and how to do things the right way. The prices are really good and for what you pay is what you definitely get.

Like I said a big thank you to you guys over there working your butts off every day you all definitely well deserve a beer and a good pub feed

Sam and his team have been great with my first few visits, I’m giving 5⭐ star for value, honest mechanics, and fitting me in at a moments notice to diagnose an issue, my Ford Ranger is now all fixed and I'll be back soon for them to service for me going forwards.

Thanks guys for a loan vehicle 2 times as we only have 1 car and that was a life saver.

Great service and friendly helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for Sam, Junior and the other staff members. Work carried out on time and proficiently. Would highly recommend!

Did a great job but it would have been nice if we were told the fuel gauge wasn't reading correctly. Gauge now shows a full tank even when empty , Almost ran out of fuel.

But car got us back to Brisbane

These guys are incredible! We chose them for our car because of the reviews and they surpassed our expectations.

We had just gotten off of Fraser Island with a suspected radiator leak and shifting problems in our automatic Mitsubishi Challenger.

They fit us in on the day we called, fixed the leak, modified a custom selector cable, as there were none available to be dropped off, and had time for a quick service which our car was due for.

Plus a first time customer discount, which was completely unexpected.

Had my car serviced there today. I cannot fault one thing. They went beyond just doing the service and rear brakes. Sam Jnr was knowledgable, explained everything, polite and professional. My car tyres were shined, front vaccumed, windscreen cleaned, fully checked over. Not to forget about the car deodariser and pen. Its the little things like that than can make a persons day better. And the price was so reasonable. Had the nice apprentice drop me off and pick me up. A credit to the business. I would definitely recommend Hervey Bay Mechanical. Thanks team I will be back.

Absolutely wonderful! My situation is too much to get into but the service ,results,price,understanding and patience from HBM is amazing.They treat you as a person not a number.The damage that was done to my car engine etc was unbelievable most people would just say get another one but because my car meant so much to me sentimentally,they didn't give up.Slowly but surely repaired it and it runs like new.I could never be more grateful.THANK YOU Sam and staff at HBM😊
