Bought a pair of Asics Nimbus 24 Platinum shoes today and Caleb was very helpful and friendly. He had an excellent repertoire of knowledge for shoes with fantastic service. He let me try multiple pairs of shoes to make sure I got the right pair. 10/10 customer service.

So, you can go eyes close to this shop, they have a great variety of clothes and sport equipments, and they are extremely helpful and kind. I took a lot of Maria time to try a few roller skates and she helped me till I walked out of the store. Will definitely come again. Thank you :)

Rebel sport Cairns Central is always clean and there store is well laid out. They have a great range of kids runners at competitive prices, you never have to look around for staff, they are always waiting to help.

Great customer service, staff knew exactly what I wanted.

I was looking for new runners today and actually tried athlete's foot first. I went to rebel and immediately found the style I was after. The staff member who helped me find my size was really helpful, and knowledgeable about the products - he was able to give me detailed answers when I asked about the difference between a few similar styles. Staff were super patient letting me try out shoes to make sure i had what I needed. Much better service than athletes foot. What I liked too was that they didn't try and upsell me something that I didn't want / wasn't right - they just listened and grabbed what I was after. I will definitely be back again.

Shane from Rebel in Cairns Central was great. He helped in choosing my watch and was very polite and respectful. It made my shopping experience a good one.

Ive had issue with Soccer Boots and both times Caleb has dealt with it professionalism and great customer service.

I love this place the staff are kind and i get what i want and leave with no fuss every time they have what i need.

Bought a pair of ASICS after being measured up and while they seemed to fit well in store they were actually too big, which I learned after my first training session I did in them. I was unsure about what the return situation would be as they were used but I was sliding around in the shoes and I couldn't wear them, so I went back to the store and told them the situation. Without any hesitation they offered to swap for a smaller size. Now that is customer service! Big props to the twin brothers there for excellent customer service. That's how you build customer relationships and I'll be back when I need another pair or something else. Five stars!

I bought a faulty treadmill so my experience with them didn't start well but the store manager Josh then took over and looked after me to help me get a replacement, he was extremely helpful and very nice, this is the type of customer service we should have everywhere, I was very pleased with his service so I have more confidence buying from them now.

Thanks so much Maddie and Lola, Every time I go here I get the right thing, no matter how long it takes the staff to help me figure out what that is. Whole family outfitted with goggles for summer in under a half hour. Boom!

I can’t speak higher of the staff here! They are so incredibly helpful! I recently bought an exercise bike and a boxing bag set up and the bike whilst building it came across a small hiccup and the team at rebel in cairns (Michael and Maddison) went above and beyond to help me out. Arranged a replacement and delivery in 48 hours.
