Ordering was easy and straightforward. Pick-up was relatively quick and simple. Parking directions were a bit vague for first-timers. Otherwise all good.

I don’t normally leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one after the incredible service that I received from Elli recently. Elli is a big asset to Chempro Online, she is very knowledgeable and provided the best customer service I have ever encountered! I would give her 100 stars if I could.

Website could be updated and a little easier to navigate via phone. Click & collect sometimes takes two days to be ready, so I'd advise going in if you need something instant. Staff always very helpful and friendly upon pick up.

OK I understand it is online ordering but somewhere it should either state that pricing may differ instore or provide a portal on the website for instore pricing. It is a bit of a shock when you see the online pricing of $14.99 ($17.99 RRP) and it is $24.99 instore. As customers may make a specific trip to your store & this causes an inconvenience & they may consider it a rip-off, it should be understandable that they are unlikely to return. In their response, they advised that it is on their home page. My apologies, it’s such a standout warning it took me 10 minutes to find. How could that be rated as a warning when it looks identical to the rest of the page. It is 1/3 of the size of the banner that advertises electronic prescriptions. It is unethical.

I am a medicinal cannabis patient and order through chempro.
The doc I go through only uses one chemist so I have no choice.
I’ve had several orders now processed well before cut off and still don’t go out until 2 days later.
It’s unacceptable considering I need my medication to sleep and chempro boasts about 24 hour delivery.
Can’t wait till my doctor changes chemists, it’s not good enough.

If there was a zero I will rate it. I placed an order on the 26th of February. The delivery was expected on March 11_17, after that I did not received it I called they told me if you do not receive it on 29 of March call AUSpost. I lodged a dispute with Australia post they contacted them and now the expected delivery on the 17 of April. They refused to refund my order. And the order is pullups for my mom. More than one month and a half for a delivery from Queensland. What a shame . I do not recommend this retailer to any one. It is a headache.

Don't bother shopping online unless you are willing to wait and wait and wait,go elsewhere even if you have to pay the little extra not worth the headache!!

Order made on 10 March, refunded on 13 March with an email stating no stock. No communication whatsoever in between and the product still shows in stock on the website.

Still waiting for items to be sent that were ordered and paid for on 15th January!
