The pretzel was so good, better than bakeries in Hahndorf Adelaide. Pecan danish was crunchy and the best one for me so far.

Great variety of baked goods and lunch rolls. Coffee was smooth and hot!
The service was friendly and the cleanliness excellent!

Morning tea with neighbours. So stopped in to get some yummy pastries. The apple doughnut is my fav so far.

Finally got to try this place as I'm always at work otherwise. I would love for events like your October fest to go on into the evening. Unfortunately my one complete day off is the day you guys are closed and I'm usually too busy to come by, but on this rare occasion I was not disappointed.

I highly recommend a warm cinnamon doughnut pretzel (ask for it heated), and the leberkaese semmel (sandwich).

If you're not German you'll probably want it without mustard. Just remember it's a roast in a sandwich so be ready for a lot of meat 🤤😁

Absolutely stunning bakery! They have just opened and rather than be a petty reviewer who expects businesses to be 100% off the start line, I completely appreciate their presence here and their range is too good not to give 5 stars. Everything I have bought from them (which involves 2-3 visits per week since they have opened) has been quality and this rating is well deserved. Keep it up Brezel, we wish you all the best!

Finally some decent bread rolls on the Gold Coast!!! Ever since traveling to Germany and having the best breakfasts ever, Australian bread rolls haven't been able to cut the mustard anymore. Brezel's bread rolls are just like the ones in Germany, super soft inside a thin crust on the outside that's not hard as cardboard. A morning trip to Brezel to pick up breakfast will now be part of our families weekend activities.

This bread is awesome. Tastes exactly like back in Berlin, Germany. Crusty, strong sourdough flavour and perfectly balanced rye . . . Can't stop eating it and it doesn't even need toppings :-) We only recently found Brezel and as I am moving away from this area I'll definitely be ordering to collect. The belegt brotchen called sandwiches are also delicious, especially the leberkaes. Great work Brezel :-)

The best bread ever!!.We tried crusty bread and sunflower one. Absolutely amazing. The bread stays fresh really long time. Dense and delicious like the real bread I had when I was a child. We come from Europe and it is really hard for us to find good quality products on GC. This place is literally what I dreamt of. Prezels are also really good.

Great bakery with authentic German products! Exactly what was missing on the Gold Coast. It's a happy place so far away from Europe with some delicious treats. The owner and the team are outstanding. Would recommend a visit to anyone.

Yesss!!! It's what we have all been waiting for! Pretzels were great, bread rolls are fantastic! Cakes taste just like Germany! Keep it up guys. We shall be regular customers.

Well let’s just say I ate waaaaaay too many baked goods in one sitting 😂 Everything was delicious. I had a Leberkaes Semmel, Nussecke & Pudding Brezel 😋 (No judgement please!) all of them were 10/10! You are doing an amazing job and my German inner self is jumping for joy having “real” bread in my local area! Vielen Lieben Dank & bis bald!

Absolutely authentic German taste. Staff are lovely and service is very efficient. Coffee and Chai latte is very good. Will be back weekly for Pretzels.

Omg sooooo good 🤤 best bakery in town! Delicious bread, pretzels and cakes, barista coffee and friendly stuff! 😍 every visit was absolutely worth it. You have to try the pretzel knots or the frisian crust rye bread 🤤

Excellent new bakery, traditional German and European favourites that are hard to find anywhere else. Coffee, tea, cold drinks, cakes, treats, hot and cold food, friendly staff. So popular it needs more seating.

Delicious pretzels, I'm a big fan of the options :)
Also tried the apple pastry and bread rolls, all fantastic choices.
I would like to see some tables and chairs available in the future, so I can eat there like a cafe :)

Amazing food and coffee - well worth the trip from the Northern end of the coast. The pretzels were to die for, can't wait to come back to try more!
