NightOwl Convenience

Pricing is about what you'd expect from 2024, that is to say a little high. But considering it's a quiet store that is available late into the night is understandable, it's a convenience store, not a dollar store.

The reviews for this place are either too harsh or don't make sense. Customer service is fine, the older employees have worked there long enough to become part of the furniture if they could retire there's no way in hell they'd be working there, cut them some slack. In my experience they are pleasant, tired, but pleasant.

It's a nice place to go to for snacks and slushies after school off the bus or after work.

I love having this close to me so much and I’m so grateful for the late hours and early mornings that they work. It makes life so convenient for us and Night Owl has always been available when we need something quickly.

The other reviews are way too harsh. If there were issues before, they have been addressed.

The service is always friendly, I've never seen any employee here treat any customer rudely. I've often had enjoyable, albeit short conversations with staff as they ring up my items.

I also gave an extra star for stocking USA candies, cereals and drinks. I love having this close to me so much, Night Owl's selection is easily a 5 star for a convenience store.

This place is way overpriced ($15 for recees peanut butter who pays that much for peanut butter) first of all and there owls club is not worth it at all, I spent hundreds of dollars at this place and have waited half a year for my status to go up to get a 5% discount and I still have never gotten a discount on any purchase and have never been able to get passed one bar of coral status. The owl club is a scam, I tried reaching out to someone about this asking as to why I am unable to get passed this coral status even though I shopped alot and I get an error message everytime. Disappointing and overpriced. If u dont shop here every week, u will never get that discount the owl club is a scam and borderline criminal. Your prices are outrageous, stop trying to see how much u can get away with and lower your prices

Old lady was very rude about wearing a mask. She said there’s a sign displaying to wear a mask. But it was faced on the inside of a sign close to the sliding doors. Is a bit hard to see when it’s not right in front of you approaching the shop from the right side. Very rude lady on shift working Monday the 5th of April 2021 at 6pm. More so the way the lady handled customer service very badly and speaking to us with attitude could of handled in a better way.

The old lady who is on 31 Dec at 5.35pm needs an attitude adjustment, very rude when asked a simple question “do you sell bread”. No wonder why the place was like a ghost town, it’s the staffs attitude…

Experience was great the first time round. Just made a purchase and asked if I could change some notes and told me they don’t have enough and sarcastically opens the till which was full.
Guy just wanted to be funny and incredibly inconvenient!
Won’t be coming back

found a massive hair on my potato scallop made me wanna vomit 😭

Verbally abusive behavior from the staff wont be coming again only thing good is the food.
