Went in to get make up for my tween as someone who has no idea about the stuff in steps SONJA! Not only knew the products but guided me through what was current for the age group and what the basics would be. She was so helpful, patient and just really bloody nice!

This is the absolute best chemist ever, and ALL the pharmacists are great. They have always been good to me. The people complaining are just going at the wrong time of the day. Sometimes they are flat out with 15 people standing there waiting for scripts. Go back later when its quieter and you'll get excellent care and service

Nothing but 5 stars for the staff at Terry White @ Nerang Mall. Having found myself incapacitated due to an accident, the staff went above and beyond to get my medications to me.They guided me through using their app and also used their own time to deliver my medications. As a Nerang local, I have visited several other chemists nearby at My Centre Nerang, Nerang Fair, and along Station St. However, this particular Terry White is definitely my favourite local chemist. Every time I need to make a purchase or fill a script at Terry White Nerang Mall, I always have a positive experience. Short wait times, consistent service, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Pharmacists here will go above and beyond to ensure you get the correct information regarding your medication, and to answer any other relevant questions you may have.

I get my medication here and they are always friendly. It does get busy, but that can't be helped sometimes. The long opening times during the week, and they are open 7 days, makes getting medications a lot easier.
