medicine was on sale $19.99 but ended up paying $25 for it. How ridiculous. Shouldnt have something advertised at a cheaper price when its not

Confirmed twice on phone that they accept the flu voucher. Arrived in store for vax to be told they don't. Super unprofessional.

Terrible chemist. They charge me three times the price of my generic medication than what is advertised on their website. Somehow I always end up here when I have left it too late to buy my medication and am distracted with my child and somehow they make me feel stupid when I have queried the price. Have had great experiences at other chemo pros but will not be returning to this one.

One particular lady is always so rude and condescending. Today I asked for my scripts back after yet another rude encounter and was sent home with not mine but 2 other people’s scripts. Now I have to go back to return them so that these other people can get their medications. According to other shops in the centre, many locals are complaining about the service. The last time I went there I was refused service and told to go to a GP by the same rude woman, only for the GP to send me back to a chemist to get the over the counter medication that I was trying to purchase in the first place. Never again.

Rip off. Same medication at Blooms is $25 cheaper and They always give you generic even tho you don’t ask for it. Feel like I’m being scammed every time i walk through the door.
