Parking always available and close.
Staff very helpful and super friendly.
My new place for shopping.

Great range of everyday products, fresh produce, easy parking at the door, it feels local and part of the community. The team are always helpful and I love that there is a fresh butcher counter as well.

This Woolies is so much better than the Stockland one. They often have the stock I'm looking for when the other one doesn't. I live 1.5km from Stockland & happy to drive here for the simple items I can never find

It is a fabulous supermarket. The toilets in the centre are always super clean and hygienic. Woollies itself has a fantastic fruit and vege section and I like the way the shelves are. Everything is east to find. Lots of parking some undercover. The other specialty shops are great.

Went there this morning to get a few things. I asked the butcher if he had any Wagu schnitzels and they didn't, but he said he could cut and crumb some now, and he did. Finished the rest of our shopping and went back to pick them up. He was polite, courteous and went overboard to help. Now that's customer service. I hope he is acknowledged for his professionalism and he is a credit to the store.

The checkout people each time we went there were very friendly. It was very busy each time, but the wait time was minimal, and they had everything we needed.

Exceptional Staff! Had my wife go in to pick up a lot of potting mix, unfortunately they didn't have enough on display, someone went out the back and got them in a trolley and helped my wife put it all in her car.

This Woolies is well set out, easy to find things. Staff have always been friendly and helpful too. At times I've had to return items and I've never had an issue. Plenty of car parking available too.

One of the best set out shops and clean and free of shelf stackers and their large trolleys. It was a pleasure to walk around and shop there.

Just wanted to shout out to the team at Woolies 19th Ave for the incredible job you did today. I'm sure you weren't expecting a sudden lockdown today and associated influx of people, but the team, especially the manager Jodi, did an incredible job managing the incredibly long lines; feeding people up to checkouts efficiently and ensuring people kept their place with a professional and friendly manner. I've always enjoyed the service at my local Woolies, but you went above and beyond today.

I find I get better care taken at this store than any other supermarket.
I have a need for help but it's not always possible to get it at other places.
Yesterday a staff member helped me take my shopping to the car.

I would like to express my appreciation of front desk employee Jack whom I owe my utmost thanks for being a highly trust worthy & honest person I have met during 20 years living at Palm Beach.
Saturday 7 December 2019 Jack was given my ear ring by a customer shopping at 19th Ave Palm Beach Woolworths
.
Just for the record it was an expensive diamond ear ring, purchased in South Africa that had sentimental value to me that could never be replaced.
